Can someone tell me, what is the record for the longest climb to the top 10? I'm a fan because it's such a strange song coming from a man who is mostly not known for his music, and that a strange song like this one has managed to follow up much more commercial sounding music to become his biggest and most enjoyable hit to date. Ehhh. I'd say a lot of people forget he's an actor. He's very much known for his music as well. Especially since he goes by two different names. Childish Gambino the rapper versus Donald Glover the actor.

I have a feeling that in the near future Redbone will become Despacitos and I'm The Ones biggest rival for the #1 summer smash place if the meme grows a bit. I also think that it may enter the top ten in a week or two!

^Naah This might get huge on streaming and gain some sales attention but it won't do too much on Radio to actually rival Bieber Might go Top 5 though

I actually wouldn't be surprised if Redbone will enter the top 10 in a week or 2. Broken record

Ok forget about Redbone, in terms of climbs to the top 10 Say You Won't Let Go is at 30 weeks right now! It's probably not gonna hit the top 10 next week so that's 31, it could easily have a 32-week climb into the top 10 if SJLT or XO Tour Llif3 falls out.

I do not understand why Katy is flopping. I love her three new songs and still listen to them all. Chained To The Rhythm deserved to stick around, while Bon Appetit should just be higher. Swish Swish might get popular as a promotional single, such as Dark Horse, which was a promotional single first. I have hope for this song, let's go Swish Swish! Woot.

It wasn't huge, but it wasn't a flop. It performed better than half the singles from PRISM. Bon Appétit was given opportunity after opportunity to do something. Literally anything. But the song just wouldn't click with people. It literally broke streaming records on YouTube and still failed to move sales and on-demand streams. Honestly, BA is easily the biggest flop of her career post-Ur So Gay. Swish Swish is the current single. It's no longer a promo single. It's picking up steam nicely, and will probably perform fairly well.

Yeah, I used to love Community and knew him from that show, one day I heard 3005 on the radio and I liked it but I didn't know who was singing it. A quick google search and my mind was blown, I thought it was just a look-alike.

In the case of Chained to the Rhythm it was clearly the political message that turned people off in the US. It actually managed to do better abroad. That said, I do love the song, which is not the same I can say about Bon Appetit and Swish Swish. The latter will probably do better given that's presumably the song to answer the diss from Taylor Swift's Bad Blood. I think people do like a catfight. Looking past that, it is a decent song.

I think Swish Swish is catchy and has a nice beat, I think it's a good decision to pursue that as a single.
