It's such a shame that "Top Of The World" was chosen as a single over "Here Tonight" and "California". I never expected it to be out this soon though, it's not one of my favorites but I don't think it's bottom 10 bad.

This next song beat out "Welcome to the Club" by ONE POINT, thereby escaping the bottom-10! With this next reveal, y'all can welcome me to the top-20-losses club, as this next song is one of my biggest guilty pleasures of all time... #whoops

I'm so disappointed "Southern Girl" wasted a single spot on that album, especially since he already had given us "Truck Yeah "earlier in the era.

I thought for sure "Two Lanes Of Freedom" or "Nashville Without You" was going to be the fourth single, I remember being so disappointed when I found out "Southern Girl was chosen instead.

I wish we could've just skipped "Truck Yeah" as a lead single and moved everything up and had both of those songs be the third and fourth singles. That would've been such a perfect era at radio!

"Suspicions" definitely had no business being a single from that record, imo. It still amazes me that the Let It Go era somehow managed to be 7 singles long, and yet almost all of the great single choices were still not released. BUT REALLY! Literally all the good songs on this album weren't singles.

Didn't mind "Top of the World", but I can see why people don't like it; keep in mind that it shines in comparison to "Truck Yeah" and "Lookin' For That Girl". Had a feeling that his debut era would be the first to go. "Welcome to the Club" was the only single from that album that stuck with me. @ me being the lowest ranker for "Southern Girl"; I plumb forgot I ranked it that low. He didn't sound very energetic in the recording which could be why I guess I hated it that much. Kinda weird, huh? Literally all the good songs on this album weren't singles. I feel this way about Southern Voice. Hopefully my chosen album tracks will get highlighted when the time comes.

There were much stronger songs on "Two Lanes Of Freedom" but I didn't mind "Southern Girl" being a single, just wish they would've gone with like 2 or 3 more singles.

Just casually following along and hope you guys don't mind me commenting, lol.
"Truck Yeah" is pretty annoying, even though it's a style that I typically like. But I've found that the chorus can get stuck in your head and It definitely wouldn't have been on the bottom of my list. So not surprised to see it out first though. I knew it was universally hated, at least on Pulse lol. And it's not like I'm shedding any tears over it being gone.
"Feel Like A Rockstar" is crap though. I'm glad to see it out sooner rather than later.
I do love "Suspicions" but it was a very odd single choice. I thought his version was great though. Also love the original.

Basically, all the other ones that have gone so far are ones I don't like either. So far so good! I really hope "The Cowboy In Me" at least makes the top 10, if not top 5. I expect "Do You Want Fries With That" to be out soon-ish, although that would have fared VERY well on my list. And I've always loved the vibe of "Real Good Man" so I hope that stays in quite a while too. I hope something I like ends up winning, but I think the chances of that happening are infinitesimal. "Live Like You Were Dying" has never done a thing for me, but I could see it taking the cake here. If it's between that and say something like, "Humble & Kind" or "Meanwhile Back At Mama's though... I'd prefer that win. If only "The Cowboy In Me" could end up taking this tho I would be so happy. But like Judge Judy always says.... NOT happenin'. Anyway, it's probably better for you fans that I didn't participate in this cuz I'm pretty sure most of the fan favorites would have been in my bottom 5 to 10 songs lmao.

Oooh also if there's a chance that "Everywhere" could win or make top 5, that would be a dream come true. It would have probably been my #2

I've never really understood the hate "Kristofferson" gets. I think the lyrics are pretty good and it has a really traditional country sound and production. This is one of Tim's most underrated songs in my opinion.

Oops, sorry guys. I only listened to "Kristofferson" once or twice and it never clicked with me; seemed kinda boring.
Hmm... my top 50 is still intact, wow. I know that doesn't constitute for bragging rights, but it feels too good to be true.

Contrary to the previous song, I cannot believe how much LOVE this next one seemed to get! This is a worse dumpster fire than "Lookin' for That Girl" to my ears I thought for sure it would be a lock for the bottom 5, but then as the votes poured in it looked like this next song wasn't even going to succumb to the bottom-20... Fortunately it started falling again towards the end of the submission process

Also "Over and Over" is a jam. I loved it back then and still love it now. I too am surprised that it wasn't in the bottom 5 and that I wasn't even the highest rank for it.

I find "Top of the World" more boring than anything else. It's not bad by any means, but other songs I find more interesting/likable.
There was a point in time where "Southern Girl" was my guilty pleasure but now I just think the song is boring. I still like it somewhat but nowhere near as much as I used to.
And wow "Kristofferson" out this early?
I listen to pop music a lot so I guess I'm more tolerant towards "Over and Over". It's nowhere near Nelly's best song imo (that would go to "Dilemma" for me) but it's pleasant.

My hate for Kristopherson comes mostly from the fact that is was the absolute worst single choice they could have made and they made it when Between The River And Me was sitting there begging them to select it. I do, however, find it to be super boring anyway. I love Suspicions though.

Yup, I'm losing one of my top 40's next since it's one of the "Rain" songs.

I'm certain that "Kristofferson' would have made my top 10, at least. It's a FANTASTIC country song. The melody is absolutely stellar, and this totally sounds like something Montgomery Gentry would sing. I adore it. Out WAY too early!
Dang, now I'm kind of wishing I did submit a list lol. At the very least just to stand up for my favs by him.

I really hope some of the Faith collaborations get eliminated soon, especially "Just To Hear You Say That You Love Me", "Lets Make Love" and "It's Your Love".
