Where is Ghost when this has good updates?

It seems like some people want her to fail so any slightly lower update is all of a sudden it peaking and flopping. But, I also think that some people are so used to exciting super star dramatic rises that a very natural steady climb feels too slow or like it is flopping.
I still think this will end up smashing. I don't think the majority of promo has happened yet, including the video. All of its metrics are fairly healthy and I have no doubts they will discount it the week (or near) the video coming out which will pop it back to top 10 on Itunes. She should have two hits in the bag after this. With her cd, I am not sure what they will do for single #3 though.

She needed to release a downtempo next. Sure Havana was a huge hit. But I think her team is looking at the broader picture. They don't want her to be grouped with the Demi's and Selena's of the world. They want to build her on a foundation to one day become grouped with the Rihanna's and Taylor's of the world. This can't happen with only releasing catchy quick lil pop hits. Havana got pop radio on her side. Now it's time to take some risks. Let's get it. The early part of Rihanna's career was built on releasing "catchy quick lil pop hits." It wasn't until "Umbrella" that people saw her as something more. Anyway I find "Never Be the Same" really addicting. I hope it does well.

Remixes for this might work? Was it serviced for club remixes at all?

The video should drop in two-three weeks, they are lucky as hell that Havana is such a juggernaut that this doesn't have to peak for another month or two to keep her profile up.

Iβm hoping for βShe Loves Controlβ (with a featured artists remix) - not my favorite on the album, but could easily be a strong follow up.

She Loves Control, Inside Out, maybe Into It could make decent singles. I'm expecting another album soon-ish anyways or at least a few collabs.

I hope she has enough success this time around to take a bit of studio time to really hone in on a cohesive sound/image between albums. I think she has it in her. My problem with her has always been she's kind of faceless/charisma-deficient but I do think there's something in there and it's starting to come out. I'd like to see it get fleshed out.

She Loves Control is the #1 song on Hot Hits... so definitely seems like its next. Hopefully a remix.
Into it should be a single, too.

And I don't expect the Ed Sheeran collab to remain unreleased, unless it's some kind of trainwreck.

Didnβt realize the label was shopping her around to various producers while she was in 5H, at the end Zedd(the middle) and the chain smokers(closer) ended up going with other singers

And I don't expect the Ed Sheeran collab to remain unreleased, unless it's some kind of trainwreck. Given how much backlash there is towards Ed right now, it would probably be best that they not until it's over. Or if they get someone else to re-record the vocals. I could totally see them re-doing it with Shawn Mendes, Charlie Puth, Nick Jonas, or even Andrew of The Chainsmokers.

I could see her and Shawn maybe collabing again in the future for sure
Anywho I am gonna be a supporter for IN THE DARK, literally my faved right now It's a smooth midtempo with good writing and still modern enough, I think it would be a good closer single.
She Loves Control, Into It, & Inside Out are all hit worthy bops too Or if she wants a ballad, Somethings Gotta Give is perfection

Also this collab would probably be released after they released at least a couple more Camila singles and Ed's era is ending soon (apparently just one more single and not a great one) so he'll go away for at least a few months. I'm sure a Shawn collab is gonna happen as well. I think they can easily top the unremarkable first one.

I think the average person has already forgotten about the Grammys Awards (thank God because this year's were tragic) and the song and album that won are still the biggest song and album of 2017 so clearly someone likes him.

Pon De Replay went #2, SOS went #1 and Unfaithful went #6. She had big hits from the start. Umbrella took her to an entirely new level though, yes.

Ed is experiencing no backlash. Maybe on here but not in the βreal worldβ. Perfect is still top ten on iTunes, #2 on pop radio and around #15 on Spotify combined. People have probably completely forgotten about what he said during the Grammys. And anyway, as Choco said, someone clearly likes him if he won two big Grammy awards. I would have preffered anyone else in that category but thatβs because I really like them and I donβt like Ed, but just because Ed won and they lost doesnβt mean it was an unfair win that he didnβt deserve. Shape Of You and his album were also easily the biggest things in their respective categories. Popularity =/= good music but itβs a pretty good indicator, people clearly liked his stuff enough to send two songs #1 and the album #1 so just because you donβt like his stuff doesnβt mean that it isnβt good or worthy of a Grammy. And I say this as someone who is not a fan of Ed at all and canβt stand both Shape Of You and the album
