Wrecking Ball Wrong! 3. Which songs do you think will comprise the bottom five? Not entirely sure, except for one song... 4. Which of those do you see being #20?Let Her Go. Correct! 5. What?!? I didn't expect this to happen at all. This song is so beautiful. I never would have guessed that this song is so hated around here.

So, obviously, I enjoy all of these songs, but I am happy to see my #20 be the first one out. It's a good song, but it hasn't aged to well with me, though I do enjoy it every once in a while.

Let Her Go was great in 2013, that was overplayed on my country and burned on me.

#19 is quite a shocker to me. I thought this would be much more liked.
It rode the #20 spot for a bit and then just kept bouncing around the 17-19 range for awhile.

I don't know if I would classify "Let Her Go" as a love song, though. The whole premise is how the narrator realizes that he was stupid for letting her go and didn't realize how much he cared for her/she meant to him until it was too late. It's honestly just as much a song about a breakup as about love.

I think 'slow love songs' as you put them, would be (and generally are) much better received by artists whose voices didn't sound dreadful. :sip2:
Also how anyone could rank 'Let Her Go' so highly and in the same breath s**t all over 'Mirror' I do not understand. Get your ears (and heads) examined. :sip2: :sip2: :sip2:

I'm so upset about this. :'( "Mirror" is beautiful and haunting, so I don't quite understand it being this low.
On the comical side, @walker9 and I have both lost our #20 and #2.

The fact that it was an unknown song among the pile of already known hurt it a lot in my ranking

I expected myself to like Mirror since I liked most Ellie Goulding songs, but, it was the complete opposite, it was so slow and boring and was headed no where.

As mentioned before, the #18 song will be our first #1 rank reveal!
Who will be the first to lose their #1 rank?

It is very likely mine and I will not be surprised. Even said it before I sent list that my 1 could be out very early since it was not that big of a hit and people could find it boring.

Not even mad since I expected this one.
This is the quickest ever that I have lost my top 2 though. At least I took my 20 with it.

@walker9 is quite the predictor! "Ride" was his #1 and was the song that spent time at #1 and #20.
Also, interesting factoid, this song holds the record on my personal chart for biggest drop from #1. Yes, "Ride" peaked at #1 on my chart because I was really into it at one point. It dropped from #1 to #8, though.
(Also, the song with the record for biggest jump to #1 is in this rankdown too!)

Ride would have been a much bigger hit if it was out in 05 or 06. It feels like a song from that time period.

#17 never got any higher than where it is now, unfortunately. It is the second lowest standard deviation of the game. Someone else also loses a top 2 rank with this one. It has four #20 ranks.

Thank god that Ride was not 20 at least and that it beat my 20 (Mirrors).
