You'd think so, but it had 76 spins each of the last two Thursdays, still significantly lower than any other day of the week. I would bank on a positive update, but probably only ~20 spins or so. We've had a couple of stations dropped at different points over the last couple of weeks so that would screw with the day-to-day readings as spin counts are adjusted to reflect the panel changes.

How is this thread still alive? Are we waiting until this song gets purged off of every chart in existence? Unlike most songs, the fall of this song's chart run is actually interesting and worth following, which is why it's still being updated. This could very well be the first song in PPW history to be purged from the chart after hitting #1. |

Not quite, that's week 19 (and it's New Years Eve but no matter). If it is below #40 on January 7 it will be purged, assuming Mediabase returns to normal purge/recurrency criteria by then. It is not eligible to go recurrent until January 14. |
