Wow, I thought this was nearly a lock for #1, especially when we got down to the top ten. I'm not complaining, but still, wow.

so, we're finally at our top two songs, "ghost" and "day 'n' nite"! some facts about them before I reveal:

- they both cemented their positions pretty early, nothing really came close to them and they never switched positions at all, although it did end up being closer than I thought it would. #1 has 461 points to the #2's 447.
- the #1 has the highest standard deviation in the top ten
- both sergejdordij and willapted have both their top twos remaining, however they have different #1's.
- az is the only person with a bottom ten left, however that bottom ten is his #39, he's probably not too happy especially considering that it could beat his #3 lmao

Also lyhom sorry to say, but you kind of spoiled it that Day N Nite won, when you said that Az is the only bottom 10 remaining for last 2 songs, and that number 1 had the higher SD, so it was very very obvious and 99 percent that it was definitely his 39 that won. So just letting you know for future Rankdowns to be careful on that.

in any case though, thank you guys for participating! I'm actually surprised that 14 people managed to submit considering that this is a kind of long shuffle rankdown with some pretty obscure stuff on it, and I definitely had fun hosting this, even if the reveals were kind of spotty

in any case I'm thinking of hosting another rankdown, although I'm not terribly sure of what exactly to do, here's some ideas:

- gta 5 non-stop pop fm rankdown (here is the song list if you're curious)
- foals rankdown (would probably consist of their listed singles on wikipedia as well as five album tracks)
- 1997 or 1999 canada year end rankdown
- 2001 hot 100 year end rankdown

I'll probably figure something out in a few weeks

I was thinking of potentially doing a GTA-related rankdown sometime in the future (note: San Andreas's soundtrack is probably the single biggest influence on my taste in music), so I would absolutely be up for a Non-Stop Pop rankdown. Love Foals too, so I certainly wouldn't mind doing that either (even if it probably won't get many participants outside of the Alt posters).
