Why do post counts matter this much? In the grand scheme of things, they don't really matter. But given the changing nature of the Games section, a lot more actual posting happens here. Before it was just repetitive posting in Artist/Album Survivor games or Danger Zones and it made sense that posts like that may not count due to their content being only relevant to that game. But now with Rankdown games becoming more elaborate with detailed song/artist histories and backstories and other elements, there is a lot more substance and those posts should count.

I'm surprised so many people voted for yes. The game section is basically spam. I mean, by that logic, then The Lounge shouldn't count either. Or YOP. Or any of the pop forums...

I'm surprised so many people voted for yes. The game section is basically spam. Not anymore. Actual discussion takes place in the Games section more than most places these days.

I'm surprised so many people voted for yes. The game section is basically spam. You're too busy trolling the Taylor Swift threads to actually see that proper discussion and information is posted within many of the rankdowns. Some friendly banter and chatter related to the songs and stuff does happen.
