With this ballot update, the timing to start the rankdown is officially set in stone. ABSOLUTELY NO MORE EXTENSIONS, in other words. With Juanca and his ranking...it's time for a B-B-B-B-BALLOT UPDATE!
Stats to consider: - No ballot update is complete without this:
- We have ties at #15, #23, #32 and #34. - The highest song without a top 10 moves into the top 20. - Each song in the bottom 24 has at least 1 bottom 10. - Every song has passed the 120 point mark except the bottom 3; they all passed the 60 mark point. - The top half of the list has every song having at least 230 points. - We have a change in the #50! The previous #50 moves up 1 spot to #49. The new #50 was also a former #50. - As for changes in the top 10, one song re-enters the top 10. This was a song that got kicked out of the top 10 early but started to climb back as more lists came in. The song that got kicked out in this ballot takes a tumble. - The bottom 5 remain the same. - One song escapes the bottom 10, swapping places with another song above it. The other song enters the bottom 10 for the first time, and 1 spot lower than the previous position of the song escaping the bottom 10.

Some shake-ups! Sorry for the song that entered the bottom 10 for the first time and affecting a former top 10. Oops! lol I have to say that I've enjoyed listening to all these songs (48 of them for the first time). I've listened to all of them at least 3 times so that I could try to be as fair as possible. Very solid material. Probably only my bottom 3 are songs I don't care much about, but I don't dislike them either --a nice change for rankdowns! lol

I won't lie to you...I'm kind of going to be okay with where just about any of my top ten shows up, because this is such a stacked rankdown that some songs are just going to be lower than others.
If my #1 shows up anywhere other than the top ten, though, I will be shocked.

I feel like this was only placed last by a lot of people because it was from the self-titled
EDIT: Clarifying, it was near the bottom for a lot of people, but in deciding the worst in such a strong group of songs, self-titled probably just seemed easiest to place last.

eh it's not awful but definitely the least memorable of all of the tracks. Again, no bad songs on this list so the ranking is misleading.
EDIT - that was about #50.

I initially liked the experimental feel of this track but it would be better if they cut it down a bit since it got semi-monotonous by the end.

I ranked "Start a War" and "Runaway" back to back because they gave off similar vibes. Not surprised to see them out back-to-back, but a bit earlier than I thought.
I always thought "Daughters" was overrated.
