It's easy to have a hit in Canada, don't be surprised. Sometimes they're nice to a song and make it have chart recognition, I mean I Gotta Feeling lasted 76 weeks on the Canadian Hot 100

I don't understand the mentality that the components should be equal/balanced. I think it makes sense that whatever most people do should count for the most. I don't even know what this is, but I'm sure it's not purchasing music. To that end, downloads should count the least.

Flicker is released 10/20, and in that case the boost should've took effect on the 11/11 chart, but Slow Hands remained at #24 as the 11/04, so the possible reason is...nothing happened to allow Flicker to boost Slow Hands.

^As mentioned Slow Hands remained at #24 last week, with no bullet. It did re-enter Digital Song Sales at #42, but it fell 9-10 in Radio Songs and didn't chart in Streaming Songs. Basically, the digital sales boost and presumed streaming boost but didn't result in an overall gain for the song last week due to Flicker's release.
