Welcome to the Music Of The Sun Rankdown!
This is the fourth of 8 rankdowns coming in the next months in which we’ll rank each and every Rihanna album to make the wait for the next one bearable.
I’ve used a randomizer to choose which album to do in which order.

Part IV: Music Of The Sun
'Music Of The Sun' was released as Rihanna's debut album in August 2005. The lead single 'Pon De Replay' was her breathrough hit and peaked at #2 only behind Queen Mariah's huge comeback single. The only spent one more single after continuing to her sophomore effort.
It peaked at #10 on the Billboard 200 and failed to make a big impact on the chart.
This album is her debut so it could be interesting to see how she started. This also follows the trends of its times heavily so that could be another interesting thing!

1) If you aren’t familiar with any of the tracks make sure to listen to them. Listening to the album is a good oppurtunity to get to know Rihanna's beginning better.
