Wow, "Live Like You Were Dying" has made the top 50! A male country song being this high on a year-end Hot 100 rankdown is probably not something you see every day. How much higher will it go?

FINALLY "One Thing" is out lol. It is SO bad. Thank goodness 10 years later they would bless us with the jam known as "Paralyzer" lol. But Paralyzer is an 07/08 song.... LMAO. I have 1997 on the brain, sorry. I spent the afternoon/evening doing the rankdown for that one lol. And "One Thing" has always sounded like a 90s song to me anyway, so I criss-crossed all the wires

Wow. Milkshake doesn’t clear top-50 AND y’all shitted on the Urban jams that are Headsprung and On Fire in favor of Ryan Cabrera and Alex Band.

Now if my 1 and 2 could both make the top 40 then that would be great.

Some of y'all can go somewhere. Yeah, this was a radio staple up in the northern reaches ... which may explain the high rankings. CanCon was probably a factor. Attachment Deleted

Yeah, upset at these ones: 56. Hey Mama (23): Biggest loss so far. This is a samba dance pop tune that made it to the pop chart. That in itself makes it an interesting song, plus there is a good combo of different members intervening in this song. Should've been in the top half. 55. Over and Over (32): This is a good, chill, smooth tune, nice and heterodox collabo. Sad to se it go. 54. Milkshake (36): Well, I actually like the rhythm of this one and I think it's a fun track. I guess I'm happy it didn't leave earlier...

Ugh I really don’t get the appeal for Milkshake. It’s kind of FUN though, so I give it that.

I love Milkshake it's iconic and very cheeky. As I said before, I just really love Kelis on that bridge.

Hey, I like "On Fire," and I don't downrank all hip-hop, just the sex orgy stuff like "Holidae In" that sounds like it's going to create a public health crisis.

60. You'll Think Of Me: No comment. 59. Pieces Of Me: MilesW1998 58 58. Overnight Celebrity: Twista can be good, when he actually tries. 57. On The Way Down: This was on the way down anyway. 56. Hey Mama: This should have made the top 40 at least, it's a great song. 55. Over & Over: Nelly & Tim McGraw was one of the worst collaboration choices of 2004. 54. Milkshake: This song gets too much hate. 2000s Pharrell has produced great gems like this and Hollaback Girl, both of which are extremely overhated for really no good reason. This should have made the top 50, AT LEAST. 53. Change Clothes: Jay-Z is awesome, nuff said. 52. Who Don't You & I: Santana can be good with his electric guitar, but when he is surrounded by some of the worst people, it really makes it hard for me to like his music outside of Smooth. 51. One Thing: This sounds NOTHING like Finger Eleven to me. It's boring to me, and I'd rather listen to Paralyzer than this.

Kicking off the top 50 is a song that has been mentioned a couple of times here. There are two top-ten ranks and two bottom-ten ranks for this one.

The next song was more polarizing. It has the 10th-highest standard deviation in the game, and it was quite consistently among the ten songs with the highest standard deviation. It spent most of the time in the top 40, and in the end it reached a low-point of #49...

“Stand Up” is also really good just not great or anything.

The next song has the 5th-highest standard deviation in the game. It has been talked about a fair amount, here. Only one person ranked this song in their top ten, but five people ranked it in their bottom-ten, including a #100 rank...

Dammit! But bless your heart 🅳🅸🆂🅲🅾 !! “Move Ya Body” was my JAM back in the day!! It still sounds amazing too. LOVE the melody and their vocals, and the beat and production are hot af! Glad it made top 50 but still think it got the short end of the stick here. The guy hollering in the background is hella annoying but I can deal with it cuz everything else about it is SO good.

Not a bad spot for this one. I'm still dead at how many songs used the same beat around that time
