Yeah, that's a little steeper of a drop than I was expecting, but still more in line with what I was thinking than that overblown hits estimation for Taylor. They need to get their shit together. lol

Still that harsh of a drop even with the streaming release? Oh dear... This is not gonna pass Ed with Perfect taking off. Might even struggle to pass Kendrick if this album doesn’t stabilize soon. What are their numbers looking like? If we're talking SPS, would Taylor's pre-Nov 10 reputation streams and track sales count too? That should be around 500k album equivalents to add to her current ~1.73m.

Hmm...I hope Taylor can stagnate around a large number. I see her being consistent around 50k (with or without streaming)

I'm surprised Taylor Swift won't clear six figures in week four.

really?, no hits, late arrival to streaming and erosion of physical sales.
I am actually surprised it is doing as well as it is

So...she was hyped up as if she would have competed with U2, and these are her sales? HITS only using her name for hits on her page, I see. Smh.

Wishful thinking, but I wanted Pentatonix to return to #1... seems like no hope now except for maybe the Christmas tracking week, huh?

Regardless of what might be thought about reputation, it will still manage to have 3 out of the top 20 pure selling weeks this year, with no other album managing more than one. That is probably a damning fact about the latter ones.

I'm honestly shocked. I thought it wouldn't really drop below 100k until after Christmas. I'm starting to think it might not reach 3m. I don't mean to be snarky but I'd be shocked if this came close to 3 million. We'll see how much she can stabilize/increase through the Holidays but I think it'll be slow after that. In this climate, she needed an album full of bulletproof hits to make it to that number and it doesn't seem like she has it. I'm surprised as well.

^Yes. THIS CHART STORY BELONGS TO U2Friday, December 8, 2017 Interscope’s U2 has topped the Sales Plus Streaming (SPS) Chart with 176k for Songs of Experience—the Guy Oseary-managed band’s 14th studio album. Mercury Nashville’s beloved and bearded troubadour, Chris Stapleton, has the week’s biggest country album in From A Room: Volume 2, which debuts at #2 with 131k. In fact, Stapleton can celebrate having all three of his albums on the chart; Volume 1 re-enters at #25, while 2015’s Traveller re-enters at #28. Miguel’s War & Leisure (ByStorm/RCA), meanwhile, serves as the only other debut in the Top 30, pulling in around 37k. Big Machine queen Taylor Swift inches closer to 2m, tacking on another 99k at #3 to lift her RTD number above 1.75m. Ed Sheeran’s acclaimed Divide (Atlantic), at #4, enjoys a bump north of 70%, following the release of the Beyoncé duet version of single “Perfect.” And Demi Lovato, who’ll soon hit the road with DJ Khaled, sees her Tell Me You Love Me (Hollywood/Safehouse/Island) increase on the strength of a ticket bundle. As for those residing on Candy Cane Lane, Pentatonix’s A Pentatonix Christmas (RCA) is the biggest holiday album (shocking, we know); that one occupies the #5 spot, while the group’s That’s Christmas to Me moves #17-12. Michael Buble’s Christmas (Reprise) continues to do well at #11, and Mariah Carey’s Merry Christmas (Columbia) rises like it's reindeer-powered, going #30-21. Then there’s independent streaming heavyweight XXXTentacion, whose 17 (Bad Vibes Forever/EMPIRE) jumps #46-33. It’s worth noting that his “Fuck Love” f/Trippie Redd and “Jocelyn Flores” have entered the Song Revenue Chart at #42 and #46, respectively. XXX is also featured on Kodak Black’s latest single, “Roll in Peace,” which just charted at Urban radio and is about to do so at Rhythm. All three of those songs are currently climbing up Spotify’s U.S. Top 50. When it comes to Top 50 SPS marketshare, UMG is #1 with 55%, while SME and WMG tie with 20% each and the indies claim 5%. Streeting this week are albums from Capitol Nashville’s Luke Bryan and Monument/Sony Nashville’s Walker Hayes, as well as Big Sean & Metro Boomin’s collaborative effort, Double or Nothing (G.O.O.D/Def Jam/Boominati/Republic), a 30-track project from Quality Control, which was released via QC/Motown/Capitol and includes the likes of Migos, Lil Yachty, Travis Scott, Nicki Minaj, Gucci Mane, Cardi B, and a set from Columbia's Juicy J. In more Christmas-related news, since it’s too early to start drinking eggnog, we just went straight for the rum.

I'm disappointed Kelly Clarkson's Wrapped in Red didn't become a holiday yearly seller, it's such a good Christmas album
Also while it's making a killing in the box office, Coco's OST is not selling/steaming well.

Has Perfect Duet been added to Divide? If not, why would those sales/streams count for the album? Only the original should count. I believe the same thing happened with Bad Blood.
