Many are victims of bad bad baaaaaaaad burns, most notably #87, a song I liked a lot at the start of 2017 but grew super sour to after overplay
IMO I'm hoping my #2 wins but I'm expecting some people to maybe tank it
First year where the top songs I was rooting for aren't pop but rather urban

Okay, so I woke up, logged in my Pulse, saw 17 notifications, and I started to be excited to see which is #30, and those excitement was gone when I found out that the #30 is... 1-800-273-8255. SERIOUSLY? A song that is beautifully created and has a positive message ended up at #30? I'd rather have Redbone in #30 than 1-800. I guess people just have different tastes in music as I have, but 1-800 not being in Top 20 is just plain ridiculous. Everything about this song sucks but I want to point this out specifically
"Achilles and his gold
Hercules and his gifts"
The meter puts the emphasis on "cul" in "Hercules", which is already bad, and the way Chris Martin pronounces it makes both names sound the same.

If you had to force a rhyme about lunar phases maybe find a less convoluted way to say "I don't wear capes". Like really, "unrolls"?
