I'm normally a fan of Easton, but "A Girl Like You" has always rubbed me the wrong way. He has and can do much better.
EDIT: "Back to God" is next, isn't it?

Easton Corbin is so meh and this song has been overplayed af. I do feel bad he isn't on a major label anymore (a certain poster not anyone here in this rankdown is making me more annoyed about that), and hopefully Easton Corbin has better music like the type of songs on his first album.

Oh there's so so much shame in liking that horrid song. Hands down one of my all time least favorite things I ever heard. Hey now we all have songs we're not proud of liking, I'm not proud of me liking this song but I feel no shame. I get why it's hated but for me that song is so catchy. *shrugs* Like what you like, but I can't imagine what anybody could like about it lol

Like I don't know what anyone could like about "Life's About To Get Good" or "Yeah Boy" or my entire bottom 10 basically.

Well I totally expected “Wanna Be That Song” to be my first top 10 to be out so no surprises there.

I don't care about 'Just A Phase" sung by Billy Currington wannabe. "Wanna Be That Song" is earworm. LOL at Roots out already. Thought it can scrap into top 50... I hope no one is ranking that based on radio version... Also reminds me of all the jinxing in its thread in country forum. Of course the more repetitive "Yeah Boy" will beat "Roots" just because a female sang it. I don't even like "Boy" that much but it slightly grows on me. "A Girl Like You" has a somewhat nice rhythm but it is too pop in production.

They taste f**king disgusting imo. I definitely have to second this, I hate hot dogs lol It's a Fourth of July tradition for me to make grilled bacon wrapped hot dogs. I can't make them fast enough because they go so fast...bacon really does make everything better. As for "Yeah Boy" I'm with castleoblivion26 ...I literally can't stand that song.

I honestly thought I might be one of the lowest rankers for this so I am definitely surprised it is out this early. Gone too soon for sure.

Eww, I was not expecting Reba to make the top 20 or anything, but the disrespect shown just now to the queen of Country is nauseating... I will admit this one took a little while to grow on me. The chorus melody is kinda repetitive, and there isn't a lot of build to the song. With most artists I wouldn't have given it a second chance. But since Reba's one of my favorites I continued to listen to it, and next thing I knew I was hooked! The song has SO much energy once you get used to the slight overproduction, and Reba's strategy of saving the high notes for the last chorus becomes a source of positive tension rather than an annoyance. When you finally get to the glory notes, it's like the heavens are opening up! Not to mention her voice sounds like it is literally stuck in a time capsule... I swear she still sounds exactly the same way she did when she was 40... Oh well, she doesn't need us. She's laughing somewhere in a beautiful multi-million dollar home stroking her new Grammy for best Christian/Gospel album as we speak.

Sorry to say, but Reba is one of my least fav female country singers. Lol to be fair, you've only heard the voices of like 3 different female country singers... Cause that's about all that has ever been in the modern country rankdowns

You thought that 44 would be a very low rank for this song? I really didn't think there would be many really low rankings for this one, I thought most ranks would be from the 40's to 20's with some higher than that. I guess I should have expected a couple really low rankings but I definitely did not expect as many as there were.

Reba's voice just bothers me a lot. She definitely has a polarizing voice. She is insanely talented though, so I always feel bad for people who can't enjoy her voice. Her ability to convey emotion is second to none! She can sell the lyrics to a song better than just about anybody else. Not to mention her ability to continuously reinvent herself to stay relevant without sacrificing any of her signature artistic style. She also has an unusually large range. She is very much an alto, with an insanely powerful low range, and yet she has still been known to belt higher than famous belters with higher voices like Martina McBride and Faith Hill every once in awhile... Her voice may seem rough and abrasive at first, but she is one where the more you listen to her the better she sounds! I definitely understand why her voice bothers some people, but it makes me sad Lol

"Back to God" is a bit too dull for my liking. The song takes a bit too much time to rev up, so a lot of things bboat11 mentioned as why it took a while for this song to grow on him is basically what's preventing me from liking this song a lot. I'll rank Reba higher once songs I like from her comes up.

Those are also all reasons why it is going to grow on you as well, and in a few weeks you will be listening for the Reba rankdown and all of a sudden you will realize you actually love this song and it will go straight to your top 10 (And then you will do poorly in the rankdown, because while this song is great, there is NO WAY it is one of her 10 best songs Lol!)

Oh, how the mighty have fallen! Similar to Chris Young, Billy Currington was a member of the top 10 with his previous release in the 2016 rankdown. And yet here he is now, departing in the bottom half. I have to hand it to you guys, we are doing a pretty good job of not rewarding popular artists for releasing crap so far in this rankdown!

I definitely underranked this one. "Do I Make You Wanna" is a pleasant listen even though there is nothing special in the song itself. I feel like this has been the trend for recent Billy Currington songs. I enjoy them fine, but as songs themselves they're not that great. I really enjoyed "Don't It" for some reason though.

I absolutely love Reba, but I'm completely passing on the Sing It Now era. I'm spiritual (not religious), so I'm very picky about these types of songs. When the artist gets it right I immediately can connect (thinking of "Go Rest Rest High On That Mountain" or "You'll Be There"), but I just feel rather meh when it comes to songs/albums like the one Reba released.

"Do I Make You Wanna" overstayed. When he sings howl at the moon, I can't change the station fast enough. Bleck. The rest of the song is forgettable and meh as it is, but that one lyric is enough to slide this one comfortably into my bottom 20. He should've stopped the era after "It Don't Hurt Like It Used To" so it would've ended on a high note (obviously DIMYW was successful, but quality wise it was big step down imo), because that one was a damn good song. That can't be said of either of the two singles that followed it.
