lol, did The 1975 really just make the top two in this? (I say this as someone who put "Somebody Else" top ten.)

Would "Bloodbuzz Ohio" beat this had it been here?

Hopefully this is Under the Pressure as that is my lowest remaining and only one not in my top 20.
Lol I may have overranked System.

"Under the Pressure" vs. "Somebody Else". Only 1 of these will be crowned the winner. One of them has the 11th highest SD, the other has the 15th lowest SD. Which one will be the winner? Find out soon.

Thank God System didn't win, it was the only song left I don't like. I was getting worried...

1 vs. 8
If it was facing any song other than "Under the Pressure", I would have been rooting for "Somebody Else", honestly. I'm stunned that it made it this far.

I underranked this but it wouldn't have won anyway. Still an awesome song, though. Which also means this pulled a "Little Talks".

I didn’t dislike Under The Pressure but it isn’t exactly the kind of thing im into. There were much better songs imo At least my number 2 won this. Somebody Else is legitimately one of my favorite songs of the decade.

Daryl, once again, putting in work with these RDs. Here's to hoping you find free time again soon enough to do another one of these.
I put "Somebody Else" in my top ten for a reason, as I adore that song and would have gladly rooted for it to win against just about any other song. "Under the Pressure" is not any other song, though. It's possibly my favorite song this decade. For it to get this close and yet be so far away is a little soul-crushing.

some catching up to do on songs I rally like here.
24. Bloody Mary (Nerve Endings) - Silversun Pickups Shame on me. I always forget what this song sounds like, but this is probably one of my favorites next to "Substitution"
23. Reflektor - Arcade Fire The first song that got me into this band. probably always be my favorite because of that? David Bowie was the perfect addition to tihs song.
21. The Epilogue - ††† (Crosses) Here was a time where a song, that normally wouldn't click with me; hit me like a 1000 crosses. I even thought it might have been Christian rock or something?
20. Solitude Is Bliss - Tame Impala Clicked on this one cuz I like some Tame Impala songs. This was surprisingly pretty good.
18. Los Ageless - St. Vincent This is a grower. A slow grower, but grower.
15. Helena Beat - Foster the People This one is cool. The vocals get a bit annoying at times, but everytime I chart singles from this band, I ened up liking the newest one the best. "Sit Next To Me" will probably end up being my favorite to date.
14. Sprawl II (Mountains Beyond Mountains) - Arcade Fire I wasn't aware of this song back then, but that semi-80's New wave vibe is certainly something I would have charted.
13. Hot Thoughts - Spoon A great song. I'm sure it will age even better with the years.
12. Graceless - The National I actually like a few of these national songs. This one has a heavy Indie Spanish Rock vibe in the way the guitars and percussion are played.
11. On Melancholy Hill - Gorillaz The only song by this band I can truly enjoy, because they sound like a completely different band here. This sounds like a lost 80's song.
9. Mountain at My Gates - Foals This is one of those songs ,that needed to stay, as many weeks as necessary, to reach #1. I'm glad it did too.
8. The Mother We Share - CHVRCHES Kinda surprised how well this band did here, but I'm glad they are here. Great synthpop at it's best.
7. What You Know - Two Door Cinema Club This sounds more like Indierock than Indiepop to me, but who cares. Great song.
4. Reunion - M83 This one is good. I'll take synthpoping "Midnight City" first, but this is good too.
1. Somebody Else - The 1975 Really glad to see this make the #1 slot. Ten star song.

Also noticed that I forgot to remove 1 of the 2013 songs from the year breakdown, will find out which one later. Found out that was for the reveal after Wakin' on a Pretty Day was revealed (i.e. Call the Police). Fun fact: 2012 is the last year to have all their remaining songs left, but is also the first year to have all their songs revealed.
