I don't believe that Believer is still on chart, but we'll see. It's so awkward that Say Something is falling even after Fallon, album release and Super Bowl (not performed but still, it's a great promotion for the album). It's too early but I'm predicting top 10 on year end chart for every song in this week's top 5 (top 5-God's Plan, Perfect and Havana). Also, I'm guessing Shape of You dropped out..the 4th biggest song of this century on Billboard. Great run! 4th biggest? Why not 1st? What are above it? Maybe you could argue Radioactive but that's it, it out top 10'd and top 5'd Uptown Funk, Rolling In The Deep, We Belong Together, Despacito, and even freaking Closer and was at one point the record holder for multiple categories (still tied for weeks top 5) If you have been following the Hot 100 Decade End and the newer #1s rankings threads, Party Rock Anthem, I Gotta Feeling and Uptown Funk! are still above it. Regarding all the others you mention, all are below Shape of You.

i have a feeling that „for you“ by rita and liam will not be big as the other 2 fifty shades songs(idwlf, lmlyd) It's pretty much confirmed at this point. The songs you mentioned were peaking around this time at #2 and #3, respectively.

Are there people still listening to "Shape of You" at this point?

Regarding all the others you mention, all are below Shape of You. Forgot about I Gotta Feeling because that one was kinda between decades but still that doesn't make any sense, it only had like 18 weeks in the top 5 as opposed to 27. And there's no way UF is above SOY, I think Billboard does things on an inverse point system with the all time charts so just comparing their chart positions SOY is easily winning with more weeks in the top 10, top 5, and one more week on the chart (at least). If Billboard did release a list where SOY was below UF then that's because it didn't have as many weeks at the time. And Party Rock Anthem lasted so long that I can see that one but still it's a fluke, it would have fallen off at 52 if the recurrent rule was there and for all we know SOY will get 60 weeks or so and pass that one too

People underestimate I Gotta Feeling's chart run: 14 weeks at #1 + 56 weeks on the Hot 100 without streaming is HUGE. Billboard uses a 0.8 multiplier for 2015-2017 so it's like SOY had 9.6 weeks at #1 compared to IGF's 14. I also hate Billboard for giving radio so much power on the Hot 100 that Despacito - which outstreamed and outsold SOY - is way below on the Year-End/Decade-End chart.

People are still listening to SOY, #13 on WW iTunes, #6 Youtube, #28 on Spotify which is great for a year old song. It will be the most successful song of the decade WW for sure.

I also hate Billboard for giving radio so much power on the Hot 100 that Despacito - which outstreamed and outsold SOY - is way below on the Year-End/Decade-End chart. One thing to keep in mind is that those charts are based on weekly Hot 100 positions rather than cumulative weekly points. While SOY weekly points at its peak weeks was weaker than Despacito's, its longevity on all components is undeniable. Too bad for Despacito that its radio fell much quickly than SOY, otherwise it could have beaten the 52 week recurrent rule also.

^I'm aware of that. In spite of that, even there Despacito didn't manage to accumulate enough points last year. Songs that have charted longer have the advantage given they have a better chance to accumulate more points compared to songs that haven't been around as long with strong peaks in points.

That’s true, but there’s no time Despacito could have been released that it would have surprassed SOY in points for the 2017 YE. SOY was simply the more popular song.
