I think the production of XO is what makes me like it and the chorus. I pictured the video to be like an Old Navy ad of Bey and a group of friends on a farm, running through fields, and the American flag. That sounds like a scripted 4th of July party at Taylor Swift's house. You're really not helping with the becky stigma here lmao FR though, I feel like XO gets overhated. It shouldn't have been top two, but chop off the unnecessarily messy-drama intro and it's a beautiful song. Its only real crime is being Halo without the chart success. OMG wavey. is the Todrick Hall in all of those Thanksgiving Taylor Swift pictures!  I'M OUT  |

Ok I'm good with these results Pretty Hurts is beautiful, yes it might be another 'love yourself' anthem but it's wonderfully done Jealous was my Favorite discovery so beautiful Blow bored me to death XO is love Partition grew on me a lot Thanks for hosting! I'm shocked sooo many people ranked HAUNTED as #1!! I loved how dramatic it was and all the different sections. Seriously, though, XO is one of the blandest and unappealing songs in her entire discography. Why did y'all let it be #2? I wasn't a huge fan of it when the album first dropped and it was a single, but after it was on my workplace playlist for a while and I heard it up to 2 to 3 times a day, the lyrics really resonated with me. |
