Going by the original plan, we would be 11 hours from the deadline. However, I've decided that I'm only going to start reveals once I have 10 lists. Why 10? Because 9 was the number of participants for the 80s Metal RD, and considering the response this rankdown has seen since it was posted, exceeding that turnout doesn't feel like a high hurdle to clear. So for now, forget what I've said about deadlines to this point, really, except the possibility that I might start reveals Monday at the earliest. Definitely still try to get your ballot in by tonight if you haven't, but I'm really just waiting on 5 more lists, and I'll wait as long as I have to for them. Based on what some people have told me, I have a clue of where 5 more lists might come from. But if you're not one of those people and you still really want and think you can get in a list soon--especially if the tightness of the deadline made you think you couldn't--go right ahead! I'll likely let you fit in under time. Fun fact: The playlist is shorter than the amount of time left under the original deadline!

Got 4 more lists today. I'll do the ballot update on the first pair tonight, and the second pair sometime tomorrow morning.

Let's take a look at how rowellfarm490 and Red changed the numbers.

• A triple-digit point total is still elusive for three songs. 33 songs have over 200 points, and 8 have 300.
• Just one song remains with all top 25 ranks. One of the songs to be in every top 10 fell out between these two lists, leaving us with 3. Though, said song was replaced by a track that once had that distinction, but was briefly knocked out. The #1 as of Tom's list was momentarily able to stay there, before being knocked off in favor of another past #1. Our current leader is only on top by 3 points, however. Collectively, the top 3 is pretty strong, with a 19-point gap between #3 and #4.
• Similar to the high end, now there is only one song carrying solely bottom 25 ranks (it is still #58). #60 changed with rowell's list and still sits there. It is 21 points behind #59. The count of permanent bottom 10 dwellers is now down to four. One song has made the leap from bottom 10 to top half in three movements!
• We once again have a new highest SD, and this song was not even a top 10 high SD as of Tom's list. Lowest SD stayed the same.
• Ties are significantly fewer now, but one of them is pretty exciting: it resides at #2! Our other ties can be found at #16, #34, and #47.

Alright, while I'm working on that ballot update with peace and crazi, I want to put out a last call for submissions. At the moment, I'm holding on for a 10th list, and a couple of people have told me they're working on one--namely Lordef†ones and wheatsquares33. But if you're not either of these people, and you think you can get in a list during the early part of this week while I'm waiting for one or both of them, you must tell me ASAP. And if you commit to it, be reasonable about your pace--don't keep me hanging until like Thursday/Friday, lol

With the inclusion of peacebone and craziaskowboi's lists, shake-ups were bound to happen.

• Every song is now in the triple digits, but 6 songs have over 400 points, 23 have over 300 points, and 46 have over 200.
• That track with all top 25 ranks still hasn't been dinged, and the 3 songs to be in every top 10 are still there. One song has returned to the top 10 after a lengthy sabbatical, and another dropped from the top 5 to nearly out of the top 10. #1 switched places after each of these lists, and the new #1 has never been there before. It's besting #2 by a pretty sizable 14 points, and #3 by 23 points.
• The bottom 10 was kind of blown up in this update. Now there are no songs with only bottom half ranks. Two long-time bottom 10 residents crossed above the region, so, just 3 songs have been in the bottom 10 the entire process. The #59 and #60 swapped after crazi's list; the current #60 was one of the previous occupants. It is 25 points behind #59.
• We have a new lowest SD; it rests at #2. The highest SD stayed the same, and #22 is its current slot.
• No particularly thrilling ties anymore; they come in at #22, #40, #45, and #52.

Don't think I can predict the whole thing, but I'll say it's some combination of Grant Lee Buffalo, The Wedding Present, Hefner, Spiderbait, maybe Sugar? This is a hard bottom 10 to predict.

What to expect:
- 5 people definitely won't be having "Leaf in 2017 Alt" flashbacks, as they get rid of their #60s in short order.
- We will see all but one of the songs that spent time in last place.
- I made it known that every song has a top half rank, but the most any of these songs got is 2.
- 2 people will already take top 10 hits.
- We will see the 5th, 6th, 9th, and 13th lowest standard deviations.

#59 only has a slightly higher SD than #60, finishing as the 13th lowest. It only spent two lists outside the bottom 10. It did spend three lists at 60 though, so at least it wasn't there in the end. Another 60 is departing, as well as 2 others bottom 5s and 2 more bottom 10s. Its highest rank is only a top 25.

I'd say #57 is one of the more disappointing performances of this rankdown, and the song's top 10 ranker will surely be feeling the effects of it. It actually wasn't so hopeless for more than half the submissions process, spending far more time in the 40s than in the bottom 10. But eventually, the 4 bottom 10s (3 of them bottom 5) sunk this song.
