It seems destined for 10+ weeks at #1 ---- maybe it's the title? - LOL
Anyway, we are about due anyway, we had 5 songs in a row go to #1 for less than 10 weeks, if it didn't make it, this would be 6
Longest streak in 2 years

New entries this week:
17) Sad! – XXXTentacion
22) Top Off – DJ Khaled Featuring JAY Z, Future & B
43) Everyday – Logic & Marshmello
46) No Excuses – Meghan Trainor
47) Changes – XXXTentacion
76) Powerglide – Rae Sremmurd Featuring Juicy J
80) X – Nicky Jam x J Balvin
91) Stranger Things – Joyner Lucas & Chris Brown
96) Tempo – Chris Brown
98) Sativa – Jhene Aiko Featuring Swae Lee Or Rae Sremmurd
99) I Lived It – Blake Shelton
100) Broken Clocks – SZA
Observations:
* XXX, the face of non-establishment (for a lack of better word), out debuts the king and queen of corporate Hip-Hop establishment (Can’t think of a better word to describe it, but you know what I mean)
* XXX’s first two songs are doing better than Logic’s. Personally, I think his whole album could possibly do better first week than Logic’s
* They are officially crediting Beyonce as “B” which is annoying af.
* This Nicky Jam song is the 4th song called “X” in the last few years. 21 Savage, Lil Uzi Vert, ScHoolboy Q have all had hit songs named after the letter. Kendrick also had “XXX”.
* Stranger Things is the first time Joyner Lucas ever hit the charts.
* Sativa is a very rare instance of the word “Or” appearing in the official credits of a song. The most recent example was probably Chris Brown’s “Loyal”,
* This is only Jhene Aiko’s second charting song as a main artist. The first one (“The Worst”) debuted over 4 years ago in February 2014.

3 weeks in a row for Maroon 5's "Wait" at #39. "Wait" trying to pull a "How Long" currently. I'm not gonna be surprised if the next two weeks has "Wait" at #39.

Will Drake replace himself at #1? Just no. I can have Psycho get to #1, or Perfect return to #1, just not another Drake song being #1.

Honestly, I'd rather have another Drake #1 than the same old Drake #1. If the man keeps dethroning himself then there's less of a chance for longer-running #1's. "God's Plan" cannot be the #1 song of the decade, it just can't.

...Do you guys think Drake could chart 30 songs at once? Lol that he probably IS aiming to do that. There has to be a limit somewhere. Most recently, with More Life, he charted 22 songs with the smallest one being #82. Even if we assume Drake's drawing power is still as strong as it was when More Life dropped (not a wild assumption given his recent debuts and longevity), then hypothetically, it means that he would have to fit eight songs in the 18 positions between 83 and 100. BUT... the songs would also cannibalize each other more. It means that his fans attention would be divided among 30 songs, instead of 22. With each song added to an album it becomes exponentially harder for all of them to debut. Meaning, the difference between 30 songs on the chart and 22 songs on the chart is WAY bigger than the difference between 22 songs and 14 songs. So that's why I think at a certain point, having a giant album doesn't really help an artist at all. I think artists like XXX, Ed Sheeran, Beyonce, Lil Uzi Vert, Logic, Drake, Kendrick, J. Cole, Weeknd, Migos, and Justin Bieber, (artists with 10+ songs on the charts in the streaming era) should make their albums exactly as many songs on their album as can chart. If the smallest song on their album is #40 (looking at 4YEO), they could have done a lot better with more songs. If the smallest song on their album is #101 or higher, they probably put too many songs on their album (assuming they have 10+ songs on the Hot 100). And if their smallest song is #80-#100, they did it just right. I'm sure eventually we'll see 30 songs from the same artist on the Hot 100, but it'll be quite the task. I would expect something more like 25 or 26 from Drake. But if anybody can do 30 in the foreseeable future, it's him.

I just need another smooth and melodic Drake single. It can spend 5 months at #1, I don't care - just be solid ear candy.
