Literally the easiest one on here lmao. SONG #46:50 CENT - IN DA CLUBReleased: 2003 Hot 100 peak: #1 Album: Get Rich or Die Tryin'- 50 Cent "In da Club" is a hip hop song performed by American rapper 50 Cent from his debut studio album Get Rich or Die Tryin' (2003). The song was written by 50 Cent, Dr. Dre, and Mike Elizondo and produced by Dr. Dre with co-production credit from Elizondo. The track was released in January 2003 as the album's lead single and peaked at number one on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming 50 Cent's first number one single on that chart. "In da Club" received praise from critics; at the 46th Grammy Awards, it was nominated for Best Male Rap Solo Performance and Best Rap Song. The song's music video won Best Rap Video and Best New Artist at the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards. In 2009, the single was listed at number 24 in Billboard's Hot 100 Songs of the Decade. It was listed at number 13 in Rolling Stone's "Best Songs of the Decade". In 2010, it was ranked 448th in Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Songs of All Time list. It is considered by many to be one of 50 Cent's best songs, if not his best song, by many fans and is one of his many well known and recognizable songs, even in rap in general.____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ 47: Puff Daddy and Faith Evans featuring 112 - I'll Be Missing You SONG #47:(Couldn't find an official video so I just found this frequently-viewed lyric one) PUFF DADDY/FAITH EVANS/112 - I'LL BE MISSING YOUReleased: 1997 Hot 100 peak: #1 Album: No Way Out- Puff Daddy "I'll Be Missing You" is a song recorded by American rapper Puff Daddy and American singer Faith Evans, featuring R&B group 112, in memory of fellow Bad Boy Records artist Christopher "The Notorious B.I.G." Wallace, who was murdered on March 9, 1997. Released as the second single from Puff Daddy and the Family's No Way Out album, "I'll Be Missing You" samples The Police's 1983 hit song "Every Breath You Take", with an interpolated chorus sung by Evans. The track also features a spoken intro over a choral version of Samuel Barber's "Adagio for Strings". In 1998, the song won the Grammy Award for Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group. The single spent 11 weeks on top of the Billboard Hot 100 during the summer of 1997. With worldwide sales likely over 8 million, including shipments of 3 million copies in the United States and over 1 million in both Germany and the United Kingdom, the song has become one of the best-selling singles of all time. As of February 2016, it is rated the 99th biggest song of all time in the US, according to Billboard.____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ I'm Real doesn't work for this because Ja Rule and JLo haven't had any collabs revealed in this. The Ja Rule songs were collabs with Ashanti. I am not talking weeks at #1 for success, but this song is still a classic. SONG #48:THE GAME/50 CENT - HATE IT OR LOVE ITReleased: 2005 Hot 100 peak: #2 Album: The Documentary- The Game "Hate It or Love It" is a single by American rapper and West Coast hip hop artist The Game, featuring vocals from 50 Cent. The song features a music sample of "Rubber Band" by The Trammps from their debut album The Legendary Zing Album (1975). "Hate It or Love It" achieved commercial success worldwide. The track peaked within the top 10 in multiple countries, including the United Kingdom, Ireland, Netherlands and New Zealand. The single was commercially successful in the United States, peaking at number two on the Billboard Hot 100 for five consecutive weeks, becoming The Game's second top-five single on the chart as a lead artist and 50 Cent's eighth overall top-ten hit.____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ This was practically impossible to get unless you followed Urban radio late last year. If you don't know this song (which you probably don't), this rankdown will be a great chance to get to enjoy it. SONG #49:LENNY GRANT/50 CENT/JEREMIH - ON & ONReleased: 2017 Hot 100 peak: N/A Album: On & On - Single- Lenny Grant ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ 50: Ice Cube - It Was A Good Day SONG #50:ICE CUBE - IT WAS A GOOD DAYReleased: 1993 Hot 100 peak: #15 Album: The Predator- Ice Cube "It Was a Good Day" (aka "Today Was a Good Day") is a song by American gangsta rapper Ice Cube. I know practically all of these songs so ranking them should come pretty quick. There's good and bad here, but more good--good enough that you hit two songs I had on tap for my planned rap RD, one that came close to making that list, and one I'm putting on a different future RD.

Do you want us to rank a specific version of "i" or just whichever we prefer? (I like the album version more)I don't think it matters. I prefer the single version of i but if you like the album version you can rank that. This applies for all other songs except in terms of remixes, where I prefer you rank the version listed.

So every Monday, Wednesday and Friday I will be posting honorable mentions, or songs that I wanted to include but just missed the cut. The first one is as follows.
HONORABLE MENTION #1:
"Thinking of a master plan Cause ain’t nothing but sweat inside my hand So I dig into my pocket, all my money spent So I dig deeper, but still coming up with lint So I start my mission, leave my residence Thinking, 'How could I get some dead presidents?' I need money, I used to be a stick-up kid So I think of all the devious things I did"
ERIC B. & RAKIM - PAID IN FULL
Released: 1987 Hot 100 peak: N/A (but #15 in the UK) Album: Paid In Full- Eric B. & Rakim
"Paid in Full" is a song by American hip hop duo Eric B. & Rakim. Written and produced by group members Eric Barrier and Rakim Allah, the song was released as the fifth single from the duo's debut studio album Paid in Full. "Paid in Full" became one of the group's most successful singles, owing heavily to a popular remix of the song by English dance music duo Coldcut.

"When I was young me and my mama had beef Seventeen years old kicked out on the streets Though back at the time, I never thought I'd see her face Ain't a woman alive that could take my mama's place Suspended from school, and scared to go home, I was a fool With the big boys, breaking all the rules I shed tears with my baby sister Over the years we was poorer than the other little kids"

Along with today's honorable mention, this is a reminder that there are seven weeks left to submit. Anyway.
HONORABLE MENTION #4:
"O.P.P., how can I explain it? I'll take it, frame by frame it To have y'all all jumpin', shoutin', sayin' it O is for "other," P is for "peoples'," scratch your temple The last P, well, that's not that simple It's sort of like, well, another way to call a cat a kitten It's five little letters that are missin' here You get on occasion if the other party isn't gamin' It seems I gotta start the explainin', bust it"
NAUGHTY BY NATURE - O.P.P.

"O.P.P." is a song by American rap group Naughty by Nature. It was released in August 1991 as the lead single from their self-titled debut album Naughty by Nature. It's declaration, "Down Wit' O.P.P" was a popular catchphrase in the United States in the early-1990s. It was a hugely successful single, as Allmusic described: "There was not a bigger, more contagious crossover radio smash in the autumn of 1991 than Naughty by Nature's ‘O.P.P.'"

Also, I got my 4th list today, so it's time for the first ballot update! (I decided to do these every 4 lists) This one is starring rgreen, gravey, MusicOfDragons, and disassociative.
- The #1 is 8 points behind the #2, which is 9 points behind the #3. However, all three of these songs have only 1 top 5 rank, and that rank is a top 2 in every one. - Everyone has had a different #1 so far. Two of them are in the top 5, one is in the #6-10 range, and one is in the #11-20 range. - The #50 (which has only bottom 15 ranks) is 2 points behind the #49, which is 8 points behind the #48, which is 18 points behind the #47. Two of these songs were Hot 100 #1 hits. - There are three different songs with a #50 rank. And the one with 2 50s is not even in the bottom 10! That's because someone else ranked it top 5. (This song has the second highest SD) - The highest SD (23.685) has two top 10 ranks and two bottom 5 ranks. It is at #23 right now. - The lowest SD (3.5) has a highest rank only 8 spots higher than its lowest rank. This song is at #41. - 31 songs have a top 10 rank, and 25 have a bottom 10. 13 have both a top 10 and a bottom 10, and 3 have a top 5 and a bottom 5. - I would do biggest jumps and drops but this is the first set. I'll start them next time.

HONORABLE MENTION #5:
"Don't try to compare us to another bad little fad I'm the Mac and I'm bad give you something that you never had I'll make ya bump bump wiggle and shake your rump 'Cause I'll be kicking the flavor that makes you wanna jump How high? Real high, 'cause I'm just so fly A young lovable, hugable type of guy And everything is to the back with a little slack 'Cause inside-out is wiggity, wiggity, wiggity wack"
