I'm bothered by the word "featuring" being misspelled in the "Whiskey Lullaby" video...

"Whiskey Lullaby" is my favorite song of all time (not just by Brad Paisley), so I’m definitely satisfied with this result!

It's funny how its one of his few peak singles that missed #1, but is easily one of his most memorable. Way more than songs like "The World" or "Ticks."
Great Rankdown, thanks for hosting!

I so enjoyed this...Brad remains a favorite (sort of like a goofy little brother).
Thanks for the trip down Brad's musical rabbit hole

It's funny that Carrie Underwood performed background vocals on this and then both Taylor Swift and Kellie Pickler also appeared in its music video, lol. They were on tour with him at the time, which is how they ended up in the video Great rankdown for the most part! Most of the few bad songs in Brad's catalog ended at the very bottom as it should have and the rightful winner won (to no one's surprise). Great job Shintaro!

Okay I was kinda rooting against "Whiskey Lullaby" a little because #predictable, but I'm not surprised at all by this outcome nor am I truly that disappointed since it is a great song... and I would've definitely been a little upset if "Mud on the Tires" had won, even though I only ranked it a couple slots lower than where I put WL. Sad to see "When I Get Where I'm Going" bow out at #5. I really wish that one had gotten just a little higher at least. It's such an ethereal song. I wish that one had the kind of fanfare that "Whiskey Lullaby" has. zaclord 🌈 oh I know, I just think it's funny that the song had associations with so many ladies, lol.

Thanks for following along! It was really fun to host and this rankdown just re-confirmed that Brad Paisley is one of my favorite country artists. Sorry the reveals got a bit dragged out. Now, if you feel like venturing a little into the pop rankdown world, the 1989 rankdown, the fifth installment of the Taylor Swift album series, is still open for submissions! I'm going to say goodbye with a picture of Brad from when he first won the CMA Entertainer of the Year Award back in 2010: (Closeness stats may or may not be coming depending on how lazy I am)

Thanks so much for hosting fearlessarrow! Brad's always been a favorite so this was a wonderful thing to watch! Now I wasn't here for any of the reveals and I'm a little lazy to go over all my thoughts but other than "Without A Fight" getting booted super early I wasn't too surprised by anything. lol
