This was Tamia's fourth album overall and her first on her own label, Plus 1. It was mostly a collaboration with Shep Crawford (writer/producer of "Stranger in My House"), with three tracks produced by Darkchild. It only reached #66 on the Billboard 200, but did hit #2 on the independent albums chart and was top 10 on the R&B albums chart. Personally, I think this is her best and most consistent album. The singles are some of her best, with "Can't Get Enough" possibly being my favorite Tamia song. "Me" is basically "Stranger in My House" part II and "Too Grown For That" is still a lot of fun even if it's the most 2006 sounding song on the album.

I like the singles a lot but never really got into this album as a whole. I don't really like any of her albums as a whole even though I like a lot of her singles.

Her albums are a little fillery to me - but this is my favorite album of hers. Me and Love & I are standouts!

I think "A Nu Day" and debut are her best albums, but this one was very good as well. I like Can't Get Enough, Become Us, Please Protect My Heart, Me, and Love & I.
