This song came to me around the end of 2015, a struggle year. I just find it to be simple and beautiful, and the empowering way the music swells up throughout the end, I just have the urge to scream that chorus out into oblivion. So yeah..

Guess Alex Turner couldn't turn this one around. This one kinda burned on me too but I remember it impacting me early 2017, definitely has a very nice vibe to it that I didn't know was foreshadowing the next Arctic Monkeys record.

This was the newest song I put in this rankdown, impacting me in early 2018. I remember seeing this band live at Hulaween 2017 in a trippy drunken haze shrouded by weed smoke and sunlight. I remembered this song and their cover of 'Caroline' by Amine. Spotify reintroduced me to this band.

"OutRight" was one of the couple songs I knew from this. Great indie pop. Tbh it probably wouldn't be my #1 if I redid my list. There's one song in particular that'd be in that spot.

This is an absolutely gorgeous song that brings a lot of nostalgia in its tones that really does take me back to where my mind was when I was first listening to it in late 2015. As you can tell a lot of these songs start slow and then pick up for a big finish at the end. You know what I like, though some people not so much.

This song was all over the place. I'm surprised it even got this high, but the high support was there. This was an early 2016 song for me, a perfect singalong on drives to the beach. EDEN is also the only artist in this rankdown that I've seen live and I can always connect that to the feeling of ecstasy while at his show. Yes, that ecstasy.
