I'm loving all the different samples in. a few of the songs. That Your Woman sample is horrendous imo... I mean she can get hits on her own, why use such a lazy sample. And I'm not hating lol, gave the album 8.2/10 few pages back. |

This album is like a Teenage Dream for this decade. It's pop music at its best. I would have cut "Good in Bed" and "Boys Will Be Boys" to make it even more succinct. Then it would have truly been flawless. But I'm thoroughly impressed.

Ok I'm loving this. I'll post a full review soon. Cool and Levitating, aside from the singles, jump out at me right now. And I actually enjoy Good in Bed if just for the line about "laying pipe in the moonlight" lol...

ngl I did not see the biggest non-single in the US to be Hallucinate.. I could definitely see this era lasting for a while there's so many potential singles on here and there's decent demand for lots of them

Best Pop album of the year by far. #2 on iTunes behind Pearl Jam. 😤 They'll have almost no streaming compared to her though and that's how you get chart success these days so I'm pretty confident she'll get the #1 album on the 200 |

Just finished the album. My least favorite track is either "Boys Will Be Boys" or "Love Again," but mind you that "least favorite" here would be mid-level on other albums. Because holy shit this may be one of my favorite pop albums ever. It's between "Cool" and "Hallucinate" for me for favorite new track.
This album is going to destroy my personal chart.

Besides "Be The One" becoming her fourth overall single to cross the million mark in the UK, her self-titled debut album has sold more than 600k copies, which means that it has been certified double platinum there.
As a side note, I can reveal that Dua is expected to have three songs inside the Top 10 in the UK this Friday because "Physical" jumps to #3, "Don't Start Now" is back up to #4 and "Break My Heart" debuts at #7 in the Official Chart: First Look.
