I Like It needs to hit number one at this point or else Cardi won't get her second number one because of the Sad! music video and the coming Drake storm.

I don't think that the Drake storm will cause Drake songs to be number 1 for too long. Maybe a week or 2, unless it is a brand new song. But if it is NFW or GP, then a week or 2 tops. That is what happened with Psycho. |

I love every song that has been released so far (except Diplomatic Immunity which has burned on me a little bit, but I still like it) so I'm excited. I'm happy to hear it's a double album.

Was ANTi a surprise release? I guess, it wasn't planned. The album was slated for a February 2016 release but Tidal leaked the album the same day Work came out so Rih just released it then. |

I think some of you guys are seriously overestimating this SAD! video We might even be underestimating it IMO. X is still the all the talk of the rap industry with rappers trying to start a charity in his name. Streaming is only s l o w l y decreasing so he still has a lot of core fans who want to listen to him. Peep’s posthumous Save That shit video did a million really quickly, and X is like 10X as popular as Peep was. |

I hope Cardi can still get #1.
Very smart move by the label though. It's probably more of a tribute thing but releasing it too far from his death would have diminished it's potential impact.
