So I was looking through the “songs that would be controversial if the genders swapped” thread, and I came upon a few songs which, while they may be controversial if the genders were swapped, would probably be controversial no matter what if released today. Some examples are:
Ur So Gay by Katy Perry (and probably I Kissed a Girl to a lesser extent)
Rape Me by Nirvana
Accidental Racist by Brad Paisley and LL Cool J (it was controversial at the time, but it would probably be much more controversial now)
