This is easily my favorite album of hers, I've spent tons and tons of hours listening to it. My favorites are Moonlight (those vocals uuh) Dangerous Woman (what a vibe) Into You (iconic production) Side To Side (jam) Leave Me Lonely (great vocal performance) Sometimes (relatable and a jam) Bad Decision (production) Touch It (PRODUCTION) Knew Better/Forever Boy (beautiful) Thinking Bout You (BEAUTIFUL)
If you haven't heard this album yet, definitely do in preparation for Sweetener out Friday 8/17/2018
Is it really her most succesful album so far? The singles from My Everything on the whole did much better, and I think that album easily outsold this one.
Anyways, this is her best body of work so far (from what we've heard from Sweetener, I think DW will keep it's crown tbh). Almost every track works. Only mistake they made was picking Everyday as a single instead of much better tracks like Be Alright.
This is still Ariana's best album to date. While it might not be the most cohesive, it definitely touches on many different genres and makes the album seem more diverse. I really wish this era would've done better (thank u, next level of success) but at least we got two of Ariana's best singles to date from this album (Into You and Side To Side).
I remember wanting Greedy to seal the deal and finish the 1-2-3 pop singles trifecta. I still think it would've performed better than Everyday but I do love the Everyday video. Also, that Side To Side music video is iconic imo.
I still visit this album regularly and none of it has burned on me.
