#50 has a high standard deviation...though not QUITE top 20 highest. This song has one of my favorite stats in this rankdown. It spent just two rankings in the top half, which may not seem all that interesting, but it's WHEN it spent time in the top half that's the most interesting part: The first ranking and the last ranking. It spent every other ranking in the 51-75 range.
Twenty-one top half rankings (a new high) will be revealed here. While only five of those rankings are top 25 rankings, an additional six rankings are somewhere in the 26-30 range. One of the top 25s is the first top ten loss for one poster. This song had some heavy resistance in the form of five bottom twenty rankings, all bottom fifteen. Three are bottom ten rankings, with at least one being a bottom ten clearer.

#49's highest point was very early. After spending some early time in the top half, it plunged down the rankdown. It may surprise people to learn that this song spent time in the bottom 25. It made a big comeback later in the rankdown, eventually worming its way back into the top half and staying there.
Half of the rankdown put this song in their top half, and eight of those posters will be losing a top 25. Only one of those rankings is a top ten*, and it's not that poster's first top ten rodeo. Of the six bottom twenty rankings, just one is a bottom ten...and it's not a bottom ten clearer.
* Look, if this is where I make the majority of my mistakes tonight, so be it.

I thought that the run of #48 would be straightforward, at first. It spent about the first third of the rankdown either outside of the top half or just inside of it. Then, a funny thing happened: It entered the top 40. It nearly even entered the top 30, but it took a beating out of the top 40 and never reached those heights again. In fact, it even fell out of the top half for a single ranking. As you can tell, it did not stay out.
Twenty of the rankings for this particular song can be found in the top half, and 1/4 of the rankings (so five) are top 25 rankings. All but one are top 20s, and two are top tens. One is that poster's first top ten loss...and the other is a top five that is decidedly not that poster's first top ten loss. Only two of the remaining rankings can be found in the bottom twenty, and though none are bottom tens, one is close to being a bottom ten.

We've had some decently high standard deviations tonight, right? Well, how about we just blow things wide open with the fourth-highest standard deviation at #47? How big of a hit is this going to be? ELEVEN posters will be losing a top 20 ranking. SIX will be losing a top ten. FOUR will be losing a top five. On the other hand, a couple of posters are about to be very happy...
