I see a pattern. Most songs that stay a while at the top fade away fast because people get sick of them. Uptown Funk, Shape Of You, Perfect are exceptions to this. Didn't Lose Yourself fall off after 23 weeks because people were sick of it? I'm impressed by the success of Shape Of You...90 WEEKS LATER it's still in the top 40 of Global Chart and WW iTunes Chart, 32 million SPS WW, 6,6M streams WW (Spotify+YouTube). The biggest song of the decade .Is it really the biggest song of the decade? |

Do you guys feel like Imagine Dragons will make a timeless song like Radioactive again? Idk something about that song is just classic material. Some artists just have that 1 song that they will never top.

Whatever It Takes, Natural, etc. sound amazing and will still sound great 20 years from now. |

Drake is one of those artists who rises fast, then stays on top for a long time, then drops like a rock. This take is literally false with everything he's done this year. God's Plan, Nice for What, Look Alive, Yes Indeed, Nonstop, have all had longevity. His album spent 5 weeks at #1 and hasn't left the top 5 since it's release. You're using ONE song to determine how everything he puts out performs? While "IMF" had some popularity outside the challenge, the reality is the challenge is what made it huge. Of course it burned out quick, as most of those meme-fueled songs do. That's separate from Drake as an artist. kcdawg13 |

It's official. Imagine Dragons are the new Rihanna. Frfr. They put out so much music they got me thinking old singles are from the new album. Like didn't they just release evolve? I can't keep up :( lol. Depends on your definition of "just." Evolve is 16 months old. |

Multi MIllionaire sounds decent. Lil Pump has improved compared to last year.
Drakes verse in Never Recover is 100x way better than his verse on Yes Indeed.
Tints is really good, I hope it becomes a hit.
I hope Trench at least has one hit like Stressed Out.

'ANTI' has been her only album released in the streaming era (unlike Drake who has released 4 per se) compared to the 4 she released between 2009-2012. If this were for the entire decade overall she sits comfortably in the top ten/top five. All of the biggest artists have released more than one album since 2015 (or albums/eras that were released/began in 2014 and crossed over into 2015) that have moved over 3M SPS in the U.S; 'ANTI' has moved 2.9M SPS so far so she's close. That said, Billboard stated that 'ANTI' was the 5th biggest Female album of the decade thus far based on chart performance which means it will easily enter the all-time BB200 albums list when next updated. |
