If Sicko Mode was going #1 this week, Billboard would have written an article on it. However they havenβt so Iβm still predicting GLY to be #1.

We still have a few days left until the new chart is revealed, so there's still a possibility we could see an article on it if SICKO MODE does indeed go #1.

If Billboard was confident Sicko Mode had a chance, they'd have written and posted an article as early as Thursday. Remember that they are more privileged with information that any other person making chart predictions. They also use their own forumla, so they're always accurate since it's THEIR chart. Sicko Mode will more than likely stay stuck at #2 and then start dropping from the following week.

SAD!, Psycho, rockstar, That's What I Like are some of the recent examples of songs that hit #1 and Billboard didn't write an article about that possibility.

It's usually about an artist that alot of people care about (Cardi B, Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, etc.), a long-lasting song at the top about to be dethroned (SYA dethroning UF, Black Beatles dethroning Closer, etc.) and the one that they always do when it happens: #1 debuts. Sicko Mode's case doesn't apply to any of these, so it's not a guarantee that it won't reach the top this week just because BB didn't write an article about it

When they do those articles theyβre usually posted on a Sunday. Not true. We got articles for God's Plan, Nice for What and In My Feelings debuting in the top 5/reaching #1 DAYS before the top 10 was announced. It's usually in a form of "this song COULD debut in the top 5 based on current tracking stats, etc." They never explicitly say the song in question will debut at #1, but whenever they're fairly confident that it will, they never fail to write about it.

SAD!, Psycho, rockstar, That's What I Like are some of the recent examples of songs that hit #1 and Billboard didn't write an article about that possibility. I could have sworn I saw an article by Billboard about SAD! boosting up the charts following XXX's death. Again, these articles never explicitly state that the song will reach the #1 position. They just give updates on how the song is doing on streaming, radio and digital sale metrics and usually state that it'll debut in the top 5 or higher - that sort of stuff. I mean, Billboard wrote articles week after week during In My Feelings' final weeks at #1 hinting that Girls Like You could hit #1 any day now, even though it took about 3,4 weeks for that to happen. I'm just saying, if Travis was going to hit #1, especially with him being at #2 right now, Billboard wouldn't fail to write about it. Those articles create hype for their charts and their site.

No matter where Taki Taki lands on the chart, it's impossible for anyone to match or beat fhas who got a -1 including his late penalty. We had a record number of participants here and as such fhas will get 80 inverse points. Full results tomorrow.

Last week was so hard for me at work that I thought about not doing my Hot 100 predictions. I'm happy!
