I will be spending part of tomorrow getting the graphics ready for the results. Tomorrow night I'd like to present the results so you have until tomorrow night to get your list! I'm gonna say about 5pm EST or when LBTrocks gets his list in, whichever is last!

Am working on graphics which are taking me a lot longer than usual, so I won't be able to begin reveals tonight. I will be revealing tomorrow for sure!
This works out since it gives you all more time to answer the following questions:
What song will be #1? What song will be #40? What songs will make up the Top 5? What songs will make up the Bottom 5? Which album will be eliminated first? Which album will be the most successful? Which non-single track will do the best? the worst? What song will be #1? "A Little Past Little Rock" or "He Oughta Know That by Now." "I Hope You Dance" probably has a couple of haters to keep it from making it. What song will be #40?"Chances Are" or "Solitary Thinkin'." What songs will make up the Top 5?The three I mentioned above, + "I'll Think of a Reason Later" and "Twenty Years and Two Husbands Ago." What songs will make up the Bottom 5?"Chances Are," "Solitary Thinkin'," "Buckaroo" (maybe). Which album will be eliminated first? The Way I'm Livin'. Which album will be the most successful? Some Things I Know, with There's More Where That Came From close behind. Which non-single track will do the best? the worst?Best: "Liars Lie" or "I'd Rather Have What We Had"? Worst: "Trouble in Mind" Which duet will do the best? ("Mendocino County Line", "Good News, Bad News") Mendocino. Any other thoughts/comments? I already had her first five albums (copies from relatives), but after going through this rankdown, I bought Call Me Crazy this morning. I plan to get The Lonesome, The Lonely & The Gone when I can, too.

What song will be #1? I'm going to go with "I'll Think of a Reason Later" considering how well it performed in the 90's Women of Country rankdown
What song will be #40? Hmm I'm not really sure...but if I have to guess I'll say maybe "Good News, Bad News", "Forever Everyday", "Does My Ring Burn Your Finger" or "There Is a God"
What songs will make up the Top 5? "I'll Think of a Reason Later", "A Little Past Little Rock", "I May Hate Myself in the Morning", "Last Call" and "I Hope You Dance" better make the top 5 but if not I'll say "Ashes By Now"
What songs will make up the Bottom 5? "There Is a God", "Forever Everyday", "Does My Ring Burn Your Finger", "Good News, Bad News", and maybe an album track such as "The Lonely, The Lonesome & The Gone"
Which album will be eliminated first? The Lonely, the Lonesome & the Gone or Something Worth Leaving Behind...I'm not really quite sure how well "All the Trouble" is going to do so that'll make the difference
Which album will be the most successful? Some Things I Know
Which non-single track will do the best? "Don't Listen to the Wind" The worst? "The Lonely, The Lonesome, and the Gone" or "Good News, Bad News"
Which duet will do the best? "Mendocino County Line"
Any other thoughts/comments? There isn't one song that deserves a #40 ranking or bottom 5 so those will be rough to get through either way...but I can't wait to see how this rolls out! I've seen her live numerous times including when she opened for George on his festival tours and also when she was the opener for George & Reba's tour...I'm also going to see her again in May as she's doing an acoustic set at a local venue here in Austin.

What song will be #1? I do think "I Hope You Dance" will be victorious, despite a few haters, but if anything else has a shot I would not at all be shocked to see it be "A Little Past Little Rock" or "I'll Think Of A Reason Later".
What song will be #40? Probably "Chances Are" or "Solitary Thinkin'".
What songs will make up the Top 5? "I Hope You Dance", "A Little Past Little Rock", "I'll Think Of A Reason Later", "You've Got To Talk To Me", and either "Now You See Me (Now You Don't) or "The Fool".
What songs will make up the Bottom 5? "Chances Are", "Solitary Thinkin'", "Buckaroo", and I have NO idea what else...
Which album will be eliminated first? "Something Worth Leaving Behind".
Which album will be the most successful? Either her debut, or second album.
Which non-single track will do the best? the worst? ("Montgomery to Memphis", "I'd Rather Have What We Had", "I Feel Like I'm Forgetting Something", "I Saw Your Light", "One's A Couple", "I Think I Know", "I Found It In You", "Liars Lie", "Don't Listen To The Wind", "Trouble In Mind", "Mama Lost Her Smile", "The Lonely, The Lonesome, and the Gone", "Good News, Bad News") "Liars Lie" should do well, as well as "Montgomery To Memphis".
Which duet will do the best? ("Mendocino County Line", "Good News, Bad News") George is better-loved than Willie, but I think "Good News, Bad News" will very likely lose some boring points that will help Willie to come up ahead of it. I could see "Good News" being in the bottom 10, while "Mendocino" makes it to around the top 20.
Any other thoughts/comments? Her career is overall so consistent, it will be very interesting to see what happens! I'm stoked for the album series too :)

What song will be #1? Just to be different I'll say "A Little Past Little Rock"
What song will be #40? "Solitary Thinkin'" (Really hope not though.)
What songs will make up the Top 5? "I'll Think Of A Reason Later", "A Little Past Little Rock", "I Hope You Dance", "Last Call", "Ashes By Now"
What songs will make up the Bottom 5? "Solitary Thinkin'", "There Is A God", "Good News, Bad News", "I'd Rather Have What We Had", "I Saw Your Light"
Which album will be eliminated first? Does 'Finding My Way Back Home' count?
Which album will be the most successful? 'Some Things I Know'
Which non-single track will do the best? the worst? Best: "Montgomery To Memphis" Worst "I Saw Your Light"
Which duet will do the best? ("Mendocino County Line", "Good News, Bad News") "Mendocino County Line"
Any other thoughts/comments? I feel like I'm going to not do well but that don't matter as everything here is great!

I'm about to begin presenting, have not finished doing the graphics but don't want to wait any longer. Last chance to answer the questions before reveals!
Coming in last place is a song I was curious to see how it would do, did not think it would be in last place but it is and by 61 points...
Questions:
What song will be #1? What song will be #40? What songs will make up the Top 5? What songs will make up the Bottom 5? Which album will be eliminated first? Which album will be the most successful? Which non-single track will do the best? the worst? What song will be #1? "I Hope You Dance," "I'll Think of a Reason Later," or "I May Hate Myself in the Morning" What song will be #40? "Trouble in Mind" is my guess What songs will make up the Top 5? The three in my #1 prediction + "A Little Past Little Rock" and "Last Call" What songs will make up the Bottom 5? "Trouble in Mind," "There Is a God," and "Liars Lie" seem like they'd all be low. I'll predict at least 1 of the songs from Something Worth Leaving Behind goes in there, too. Which album will be eliminated first? Something Worth Leaving Behind Which album will be the most successful? Some Things I Know Which non-single track will do the best? the worst? ("Montgomery to Memphis", "I'd Rather Have What We Had", "I Feel Like I'm Forgetting Something", "I Saw Your Light", "One's A Couple", "I Think I Know", "I Found It In You", "Liars Lie", "Don't Listen To The Wind", "Trouble In Mind", "Mama Lost Her Smile", "The Lonely, The Lonesome, and the Gone", "Good News, Bad News") Best: Montgomery to Memphis // Worst: Liars Lie Which duet will do the best? ("Mendocino County Line", "Good News, Bad News") Hopefully MCL will as it is better.

What song will be #1?Rootin' for "I'll Think of a Reason Later", but I can also see "The Fool" or "A Little Past Little Rock" taking it as well. What song will be #40?"Trouble in Mind" or one of her more recent songs. What songs will make up the Top 5?"I'll Think of a Reason Later", "The Fool", "I Hope You Dance", "A Little Past Little Rock", and maybe "I May Hate Myself in the Morning". What songs will make up the Bottom 5?"Trouble in Mind", "The Lonely, the Lonesome, and the Gone", "Solitary Thinkin'", "I Saw Your Light", and I don't really know what else, actually. Which album will be eliminated first? The Lonely, the Lonesome, and the GoneWhich album will be the most successful? Some Things I KnowWhich non-single track will do the best? the worst? ("Montgomery to Memphis", "I'd Rather Have What We Had", "I Feel Like I'm Forgetting Something", "I Saw Your Light", "One's A Couple", "I Think I Know", "I Found It In You", "Liars Lie", "Don't Listen To The Wind", "Trouble In Mind", "Mama Lost Her Smile", "The Lonely, The Lonesome, and the Gone", "Good News, Bad News")Rootin' for "I Feel Like I'm Forgetting Something" (one of my favorite discoveries) to do the best, but it wouldn't surprise me if another one of her 90s album tracks did better. The worst-performing album track will probably go to "Good News, "Bad News". Which duet will do the best? ("Mendocino County Line", "Good News, Bad News")"Mendocino County Line" Any other thoughts/comments?Found a few great discoveries, but I'm anticipating that some of my rankings will be pretty unpopular with most of y'all...

I like "Trouble In Mind" quite a bit. It's stone cold country, and Lee Ann sounds fantastic! Ultimately it ended up placing lower on my list than I thought it would because it doesn't have a chorus or anything, it is just the same simple verse melody over and over again. Paired with the sparse instrumentation, it resulted in a song that felt like it should have been about a minute shorter than it actually was, despite only being 3 1/2 minutes long...
Still, if this is the worst she has to offer, that says a LOT about how strong this list is!

kicking off the rankdown is "Trouble In Mind". This song was done as part of a special release as this song was released on vinyl with one other song shortly after the release of the album 'The Way I'm Livin'". As you can see this song was always destined to be in the bottom 5, though not always in last place. Only 2 songs ever held the last place spot...
There isn't a song here that I dislike but "Trouble In Mind" is easily at the bottom of this list.
Up next, is NOT the song that held #40 for the beginning of submissions but another song that got as high as #26 at the beginning but fell quickly to the bottom 5 where it stayed the remainder of the submission period. This song was also never at #39 until the last few submissions...

Nailed it.
Even with this being my #40, I still liked it. LAW really has an unfairly strong catalog. That said, "Trouble in Mind" didn't really do anything for me and made for an easy last place here.

I may have overranked "I Saw Your Light". The chorus is quite great, but ultimately the song dragged on way too long.
