I am sure 'Baby Shark' is still around
'When The Party's Over' by Billie Eilish completed a 20 week run 3 weeks ago but re-enters at #29
Still basically the same chart run like 'Tequila' a few weeks ago

baby Shark looks to be a consistent streaming hit and will be round awhile
The fall of most of the Billie Eilish songs next week should keep this one around.
Too bad no big artist is releasing this week, 9 more spots to bump this song back to recurrency

It does in the sense that it needed to chart higher than 50 before being listed and it is an old song (in this case -an initial chart run of an old song)
This puts it in a different place than Tequila or the Billie Eilish songs as those dropped off and bounced back after a few weeks - so technically the same chart run

It does in the sense that it needed to chart higher than 50 before being listed ^^ That's the part I didn't know. Does this mean that, after a certain amount of time, songs go "recurrent" even without ever charting? Thanks for explaining :)

yes...old songs, even if they have never charted, need gains in two of the three metrics and to place higher than 50 to chart. That is why I included Baby Shark
Billie Eilish was just three weeks removed from the original chart run so to me that puts it in a different category.

Lizzo Scores First Billboard Hot 100 Entry With 'Truth Hurts'
5/13/2019 by Xander Zellner
The track also debuts on the Streaming Songs chart.
Lizzo scores her first entry on the Billboard Hot 100, as "Truth Hurts" debuts at No. 50 on the chart dated May 18.
The song by the rapper/singer opens with 13.6 million U.S. streams, up 33%, in the week ending May 9, according to Nielsen Music, as the sum drives the bulk of its Hot 100 standing. The total also sparks the track's No. 28 debut on Streaming Songs, where it's likewise her first charted title.
"Hurts" additionally sold 8,000 downloads in the tracking week.
Lizzo originally released the song, which she wrote with Ricky Reed, Jesse Saint John and Steven Cheung, in September 2017. However, it has received renewed attention after being featured in the Netflix rom-com Someone Great, which premiered April 19. The song has also been added to Lizzo's new LP Cuz I Love You, which debuted at No. 6 on the Billboard 200 chart dated May 4.
"Hurts" concurrently begins at No. 19 on Hot Rap Songs (marking her first entry on the ranking) and No. 21 on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs.
Meanwhile, "Juice," the lead single off Cuz I Love You, also makes moves, rising 9-8 on Hot R&B Songs, 23-22 on Adult R&B Songs, 33-29 on Pop Songs and 44-41 on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs.

Looks like it is getting the full 20 week run before returning to recurrent status

A Timeline Of How Kids Sensation 'Baby Shark' Went Viral
News
By Kirsten Spruch | June 13, 2019 12:45 PM EDT Baby Shark
You don’t need to have children to know that the infectious kids song “Baby Shark” wiggled its way onto everyone’s computer screens back in 2015, since earning almost three billion views thanks to a viral dance challenge.
The song from South Korean firm SmartStudy, the entertainment company behind children’s content brand Pinkfong, peaked at No. 32 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, was covered by a ton of k-pop stars in addition to James Corden and John Legend, and is now going out on a live, 100-date North American tour.
Round Room Live’s co-president Stephen Shaw recently told Billboard, "The toughest part for us is taking the three minute viral video and being able to produce a live show for the stage. Thankfully Pinkfong has a large catalog of songs that we have access to, with more than 400 titles."
While they will be performing tracks from the Pinkfong catalogue, it’s still pretty crazy that the whole tour is based around one song. For that reason, we’ve decided to put together a “Baby Shark” timeline consisting of all the events that led up to this momentous tour.
James Corden covers the track -- Sept. 26, 2018
While wearing a full suit and playing the piano, Corden’s cover of the kids song is a classy affair. He even enlists Sophie Turner, Josh Groban and several sharks to help with the tune.
The song tops the LyricFind Global chart -- Oct. 27, 2018
After the track topped the LyricFind chart -- which ranks the fastest momentum-gaining tracks in lyric-search queries globally and in the U.S., respectively -- it was clear that it had officially gone viral. At that time, it also led the Kid Digital Song Sales chart for a sixth week.
It makes its way onto Billboard’s Streaming Songs at No. 49 -- Nov. 3, 2018
Additionally, the song gathered 13.1 million U.S. streams in the week ending Oct. 25 (up 55 percent), according to Nielsen Music. At this point, it was learned that fans were starting to listen to the track via streaming services like Apple Music and Spotify, not just YouTube.
“Baby Shark” is featured in “YouTube’s Rewind 2018” -- Dec. 7, 2018
“YouTube Rewind 2018: Everyone Controls Rewind” was jam-packed with memorable pop culture icons like Drake, Cardi B, Will Smith and, you guessed it…the colorfully-costumed kid show characters.
“Baby Shark” debuts in Billboard’s Hot 100 Top 40 -- Jan. 9, 2019
Thanks to the viral dance challenge, the song debuted at No. 32 on the list dated Jan. 12.
Nick Carter says his son can’t stop watching the video -- Jan. 11, 2019
Carter’s toddler Odin had him worried about “Baby Shark” dethroning a Backstreet Boys classic. He shared a video of his son completely mesmerized by the song on their TV.
Cardi B supports the song -- Jan. 25, 2019
After the rapper shared that her baby, Kulture, loves the song, she also revealed that she’s a fan, too. She took to Instagram to share a clip of herself strutting to the song, which naturally made it a little bit cooler.
The song is covered by several more celebs -- Feb. 15 - May 21, 2019
Back in February, Bebe Rexha covered the song, then John Legend and his daughter cover it together in March, Drag Star Marti Gould Cummings' performance goes viral that same month, and then Celine Dion learns the tune during a segment of Carpool Karaoke in May. Phew!
It is announced that a TV series based on the song is in the works -- June 5, 2019
Viacom’s Nickelodeon partnered with the team behind the viral song to develop an original preschool animated series based on it.
North American tour announced -- June 12, 2019
And finally, the moment all of this has been leading up to: a massive 100-date tour, all based around the one song that did it all.

Leading at last: "Truth Hurts" completes a lengthy journey to the top of the Hot 100, beyond its 17 total chart weeks, dating to its No. 50 debut on the May 18 ranking.
Lizzo (born Melissa Viviane Jefferson, in Detroit) originally released the song in September 2017. However, it received renewed attention after being featured in the Netflix film Someone Great, which premiered this April. The song was subsequently added to Lizzo's 2019 LP Cuz I Love You, which debuted at No. 6 on the Billboard 200 in May.
While it's rare for a song to top the Hot 100 relatively long after its original release, among other examples, UB40's "Red Red Wine" hit No. 1 in 1988 thanks to renewed radio airplay and sales after it first reached No. 34 in 1984. "Truth Hurts" is also in good company with the Hot 100's all-time top No. 1: Chubby Checker's "The Twist" led in 1960 and again, after it grew in popularity among adult audiences, in 1962 (and is the only song to have topped the Hot 100 in two release cycles).

Here's Which Travis Scott Songs Re-Entered the Hot 100 After Fortnite Concert 5/5/2020 by Xander Zellner
As Travis Scott celebrates his third No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart (dated May 9), as "The Scotts," with Kid Cudi, launches at the summit, the rapper has even more reason to celebrate, as his previous hits "Highest in the Room" and "Goosebumps" re-enter the ranking.
Both tracks return following Scott's three-day Astronomical concert on Fortnite, which began last Thursday (April 23). Scott teamed up with Epic Games for the in-game experience, which featured a virtual version of the rapper and performances of "Room," "Goosebumps" and "Sicko Mode" and culminated with a premiere of "The Scotts," with Cudi. The event was viewed by more than 12 million people.
"Room," which debuted at No. 1 on the Hot 100 in October, re-enters at No. 38 with 13.3 million U.S. streams (up 56%) and 3,000 downloads sold (up 163%) in the tracking week ending April 30, according to Nielsen Music/MRC Data.
"Goosebumps," which peaked at No. 32 in May 2017, re-enters the Hot 100 at No. 49, with 13 million streams (up 159%) and 4,000 sold (up 385%). The track is from Scott's sophomore LP Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight, which opened at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart in September 2016.
Meanwhile, Scott's fellow former Hot 100 No. 1 "Sicko Mode" drew 14.4 million U.S. streams (up 97%) and sold 4,000 (up 385%) in the tracking week. (It does not, however, return to the Hot 100, as it would rank below the top 25 and, per chart rules, having spent 52 weeks on the survey, it would need to place in the top 25 in order to re-enter.) On the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart, "Sicko Mode," "Room" and "Goosebumps" re-enter at Nos. 16, 19 and 21, respectively.
Scott's presence on the chart is also bolstered by "Out West" (by Jackboys featuring Young Thug), which rises 33-27, and "Turks," with Nav and Gunna, at No. 34. He also co-wrote Don Toliver's "After Party," which stands at No. 36.
