That top 100 80s list is going to be so tough to rank. Looking forward to it especially since I missed the first couple rankdowns.

4-17: 8/10
18-41: 7/10
42-74: 6/10
75-84: 5/10
85-98: 4/10
99: 3/10
100: 2/10

When almost all of the rankdown is, at worst, mediocre, that's a pretty solid rankdown. When I could say that 3/4 of the rankdown is, at worst, "decent", that's a really good rankdown. I was not ready for this year to be as good as it was.

This year isn't bad, but there is waaaaaaaaaaay too much soft rock which isn't my cup of tea. There are still about 40 good-decent songs.

1. What songs do you expect to see in the top 5?
The only two I'm confident about are Call Me and Rock With You. After that, the most confident I would be about a song is I Wanna Be Your Lover, as Prince is always a good shout. Brick will have multiple tankers, more than likely. I could see the same happening to Crazy Little Thing Called Love. Funkytown could be there. Upside Down could be there, maybe. Maybe Donna Summer sneaks in there with one of her songs? I feel like, outside of a couple of songs, the top 5/10 is wide open. I haven't even mentioned 5 to 10 songs that could conceivably contend for top ten.

2. What songs do you expect to see in the bottom-5?
Should've Never Let You Go, Ships, Babe, Yes, I'm Ready are all songs I feel like will be low. I have my hopes for a couple of songs to be that low, but I don't think they will be.

3. Which artist/group will have the most Top 40 entries?
MJ will probably get all of his songs into the top 40. If he, somehow, doesn't, then I think there will be multiple artists with 2 songs (MJ, Fleetwood, Donna Summer, Petty, etc.)

'All Out Of Love', yes. The other one can stick around at least a little longer.
