This song is just kinda there for me. It kinda has an awkward melody or something off about it that keeps me from fully getting into it, even though her voice on it is nice.

"Take You Home" just lacks a bit of oomph to push it to the next tier (in terms of quality) for me.
"This Is It" is pretty good. "Five More Minutes" is probably still my favorite song of his (I do love "See You Tonight" too hmm) but it's nice that this song was able to hit #1 and he's becoming a more consistent hitmaker.

"This Is It" is blah and cheesy, and Scotty's voice makes it sound even more blah and cheesy. Pass. "Take You Home" has a good melody and I want to really like it, but that damn bro-country beat and snap clapping drives me crazy!!!!!! Midland's other two singles are so much better. "Make A Little" is bottom of the album for me so I was disappointed it was wasted as a single.

Out of the Midland singles so far, "Make a Little" is my least favorite by a pretty considerable amount. I like the other two a lot, so I'm glad "Burn Out" got further than this one.
