If we are going pre chr, then the list will become a nightmare. 1960s girl groups alone could put the list in the thousands.

Bea Miller was 15 when she charted with “Young Blood” and 16 when she charted with “Fire N Gold”.

Billie gets her third entry at 17 with all the good girls go to hell, Likely the last for this list before she turns 18 in December

Again, this list is insane as a good chunk of performers are under 18. It isn’t distinctive or rare like someone charting at forty plus.

16 and 17 have a decent amount, but 15 or younger are pretty rare. There’s a lot of young performers especially out of Disney but their songs aren’t always pushed to pop radio right away

For chr...sure. But since this list includes top 40 of the Hot 100, ie Jackson 5 in 1969 with “I Want You Back,” then the list would quickly be hundreds of 16, 17 and 18 year olds.

MIRANDA COSGROVE (iCarly legend) was 17 when "Kissin U" and "Dancing Crazy" peaked at #19 and #36 on CHR, respectively. She may have been 16 when Kissin U debuted but I cant find the date it made its debut!

This list is Chr just like the over 40 thread. If someone suggested a top 40 on the hot 100 in this thread instead please notify me so I can remove it

AJ Mitchell was 17 when 'Girls' peaked at #38 in December last year. I need to double-check when 'All My Friends' peaked, he may have still been 17 at that time. His 18th birthday passed before AMF peaked in June this year

Stevie Wonder’s song “Fingertips” is from 1963. The Osmonds’ “One Bad Apple” is from late 1970. They are all already added to the main list.

I'm assuming the One Direction boys (except Louis) would fall on this list for What Makes You Beautiful.
Maybe a couple other songs as well, at least for Harry if not the others since he is the youngest.
Unless they weren't on this specific CHR chart?

Nope, they were all at least 18 when “What Makes You Beautiful” started charting (Harry by only a month).

Shouldn’t everything I wanted by Billie Eilish Be on the list since it charted before she turned 18?

Older ones if you wanna include:
The DeFranco Family - Heartbeat (It's a Lovebeat): Tony DeFranco was 13 Brenda Lee - Sweet Nothin's - age 14 (If non top 40 is included, she was 12 when "One Step at a Time" charted) Brenda had 14 top 40 hits before turning 18.
