My current prediction: Mariah will keep #1 till 01/04, then Circles will regain it for 01/10, and finally, either Memories or Roxanne will hit #1 on 01/17 It would be cool seeing Circles get another week, would much rather have that than Memories (please don't let this hit #1 America) I hipe Memories doesn't get #1 bur i think its very possible. Either that or ROXANNE |

Its still rising but ROXANNE and Memories are both slightly closer i think. It will be a very close race for #1 between thw three in January and February, and it will be fun to watch. GAH has already peaked, The Box i think could go Top 10 at some point but only #4 or lower i think. BOP isnt going further then #8 i think. Futsal Shuffle probably won't hit #1 unless radio picks up on it in time, but by then its streaming will be much lower so thats not likrly |

"Memories", despite the noble sentiment behind it, is such a nothing of a song - there's no build-up, no bridge, the chorus flows exactly like the verses... just radio background music. Adam Levine has never sounded so bored and devoid of passion before, which is ironic given that the song is meant to be a sentimental tribute to those who've passed away. |

"Good As Hell" and "High Hopes" have quite a lot in common. Both positive, uplifting songs which are personal favorites of mine, with strong radio presence but blocked from the well-deserved #1 spot due to lack of streaming... 😥
I wouldn't be surprised if "Good As Hell" spends the majority of the year predicted to land in the YE Top 10 only to barely miss it at the final stretch.

If circles does go back to #1 this week I can definitely see yummy block ROXANNE & Dance Monkey from the #1 spot it entirely depends on its longevity though

Surprise releases notwithstanding, Yummy should be a lock for #1. If Justin doesn't get it he should probably pack it in ngl. Aside from that, if The Box can get longevity I can see it claiming #1 afterwards once Justin looses any non-radio forward momentum. Since there was no remix for ROXANNE to push it over the edge this week I expect Circles and then Yummy to block it now, so I renounce my previous prediction.

I think Blinding Lights has a chance. My Oh My is possible but i wouldnt say it has a great chance. I think Adore You is a wild card here, too early to tell what it could do. I dont think Dont Start Now will hit #1, and instead probably peak between #4-#7

It’s funny how the current singles by post malone and the weeknd hit #1 with a great but not perfect track (Circles/Heartless respectively), but has a promo single or a ‘backup’ lets say that’s a million times better, lingering on the charts (Take What You Want/Blinding Lights). I just hope the 2 latters will hit #1 and if not at least 1 of them The only thing keeping Posty from pushing TWYW is Circles doing great. as soon as it drops that'll definitely be the next single Circles is now still doing great and because of that post won’t give TWYW a campaign |
