Hmm... I see that the bottom 3 songs are the 3 smallest standard deviations of the rankdown... That must be the cool thing you were talking about! They were also in order as well! Not sure if that's a first or even if it's anything fairly significant though... I think that history has been made! Although tbh it's impossible to say for sure, because enough of the country hosts ignore standard deviation to where we don't know which songs were least polarizing for at least 50% of the country rankdowns. But it is still pretty cool, either way! :)

Odd bottom 3, I liked "Long Teenage Goodbye" and "Generation Away" quite a bit and thought at worst they'd avoid the bottom.

Good news: we've encountered the first song with zero #15s. :) Bad news: Troublemaker becomes the first to lose this #1. :( Missing the top ten is a song with one of the highest SDs in the rankdown...and it's also a single! :o

And the first song with multiple top fives belongs to...the re-release single "Compass"! Unfortunately, it's also one of the more polarizing songs of the rankdown, with five bottom fives weighing this one down.
Here's the top ten:
Get to Me Goodbye Town Nothin' Like the First Time Downtown Better Off Now (That You're Gone) It Ain't Pretty Can't Stand the Rain Golden All for Love And the Radio Played
We'll kick of the top ten later tonight and possibly see the most polarizing song of the rankdown! :o

"Get To Me" needs to gtfo. That song sounds very similar to Tom Petty's "Learning To Fly", which Lady Antebellum covered around the release of their second album I think. This one just bothers me a lot because all I can think of is the other song.
Am expecting "Goodbye Town" to be the most polarizing song but am hoping to be proven wrong

Omg I'm so pleasantly shocked at "Compass" being out this low! It is an absolutely atrocious song and I was so worried it would be top 5 on this otherwise great album (seriously it is the one and only song on the entire set of 15 that I think blows) because of the hit single bias. Good riddance!

Apologies for not kicking off the top ten last night like I said I would. Let's rectify that by seeing the first song with no top threes, but only a few bottom fives (in this case, only three)! This is also the first of two ties!

One may ask what won this tie? Well, you can see that #10 did not receive any top three ranks. #9 has three top twos, including someone's #1. It's also the most polarizing song on here! Oh yeah, and one of those top twos is mine.

I actually enjoyed this one. Never would've predicted it to be the most polarizing song of this Rankdown.

Looking back, this definitely wasn't one of my favorite albums, but there was SO many songs that would have made a better single than Compass. All these years later, and I still can't believe they re-released Golden just to release a song as mediocre as Compass as a single, while other, much better, songs were left as album tracks. I'm definitely glad to see that be the first single to go.

"Better Off Now" would've been a big hit if they released it as the second single. #stillbitter

Next up is another tie! This time, broken by giving the edge to the highest lower rank, as both contain the same number of #1s. However, the loser of this tie contains a #15, while the other only has a set of #12s.

The rankings for these songs are really all over the place, which tells me what I've always thought: this is a really strong album. There isn't as many definitive favorites because it's good all the way through minus the one anomaly of "Compass" being trash.
