Thanks for the link. I am really excited for this album. I already had heard the pre-released songs, so I just listened to the unreleased ones. My favorites are Freedom, Tammy Wynette, Storm in a Shotglass, The Clown, and The Bar's Getting Lower. I would say my least favorite is Your Heart. Looking forward to hear the 2 songs on the Target exclusive.

I love this album! I knew I had heard "Cactus" somewhere. Totally forgot Blaine did it. I'll have to back to listen to his version to compare. But overall this is Reba's best album this century!

Actually this was cut by Melonie Cannon as well just saw the cut by cut commentary on this and Buddy Cannon produces the album along with Reba and Melonie Cannon is Buddy’s daughter he produced Melanie’s album that had this song on it 10 years ago. And no Buddy didn’t pitch the song to Reba. In fact, Reba already had a demo of it saved and asked Buddy if he knew of the song... So, he had Melonie come in and sing harmony on Reba’s version and Buddy sang harmony on it as well.

The best album she’s released since the 90’s, for me atleast. Love Somebody was good but lacked something and to be honest, All The Women I Am, Keep On Loving You and Room To Breath were average at best. I’m loving this, bit one bad song!

I'm loving the 2 Target tracks. Classic 90s Reba rockers!

Target, we need to have a conversation. How come all the stores around me are sold out, how many copies were shipped to stores? These are questions I need answers to.

Target, we need to have a conversion. How come all the stores around me are sold out, how many copies were shipped to stores? These are questions I need answers to. I have seen people on social media stating their Target only got 4 to 5 copies. Some people also stated they were not on the shelf, but workers would go get one from the back for them. I ordered mine online from Target, but I did not get it today. If the tracking is accurate, it states it will arrive tomorrow. I am anxious to hear the two bonus songs.

Target, we need to have a conversion. How come all the stores around me are sold out, how many copies were shipped to stores? These are questions I need answers to. I was just reading comments on Facebook saying people who bought the album have gotten cancellation emails because they have sold out. I mean, how many copies did Target plan on selling? At this rate, it seems like everybody wants one and they can’t keep up. I’m bummed because I was really looking forward to buying the deluxe.

What a phenomenal album. I'll have more thoughts later but I'm currently in love. "Freedom" is one that I keep coming back to (perfect windows down anthem if I ever heard one!), and "Cactus in a Coffee Can" had me crying on the way home from work yesterday when I heard it for the first time. Powerful. Wait wait wait. Cactus in a Coffee Can? The Jerry Kilgore song?!? How did she end up cutting that one?!?!? It was explained above: I love this album! I knew I had heard "Cactus" somewhere. Totally forgot Blaine did it. I'll have to back to listen to his version to compare. But overall this is Reba's best album this century! “Cactus In A Coffee Can” One of my favorites on the album. Seems like a bunch of us are familiar with other versions. Here are 5 other versions currently on iTunes: Peter, Paul & Mary Blaine Larsen Melonie Cannon Jerry Kilgore Steve Seskin

Yikes at the mess that Target is becoming... So I went to Target yesterday, and had similar problems to a lot of you. The label was there on the shelf, clear as day, but there were no copies of the album on the shelf! So I decided to ask somebody, and they said, "Oh yeah, I saw a bunch of those in the back. Our guy must have forgotten to set them out." And he went in the back to grab one for me. He was back there for literally 10 minutes... He finally came out and with an entire box and was like, "Is this what you're looking for?", and he handed me a copy that was all beat up and had a big crack in the back of the case. I was like yes, but can I get one that is not already broken? Anyway, THIS Target told me they had 4-5 boxes worth, they just were never set out. So Target definitely seems to be expecting relatively good sales, based on the quantity that they purchased, but the goonies who work in the electronic section seem to have forgotten that setting albums out on release day is actually a fairly significant portion of their job description... Also, I am pretty mad about it, because I literally went to like 3 different Targets last Friday before I found a copy of George Strait's new album... Same issue; the shelf was labeled, but no albums were there. Whatever the hell is happening, it in incredibly annoying that EVERY Target seems to be suddenly having this same problem... I know album sales are going down, and physical copies are in less of a demand, but the demand is certainly not nonexistent! Especially because Target has sorta become THE store that these artists are going through to make bonus tracks available. Imo they have a bit more of a responsibility to actually put those albums on the shelf... It's not a difficult concept... Because they likely ARE going to get relatively higher sales than other retailers thanks to those bonus tracks...

WOW! theres a surprise writer for one of the Target Exclusive Bonus songs! Chris Stapleton!! Chris co-wrote the last track, “Ain’t Got Nothin’ On My Pain” I could definitely hear Chris singing this arrangement.

Question about the booklet, does it say who played and/or sang on the tracks? I'm curious about the bgvs on Freedom.

Question about the booklet, does it say who played and/or sang on the tracks? I'm curious about the bgvs on Freedom. It looks like the background vocals for the majority of the album were from Jenifer Wrinkle and Wyatt Beard. In the list of all the background vocalists, Jenifer and Wyatt are the only two who have an 11 next to their name, which is the track # of "Freedom".

My friend and I were trying to place the voices and couldn't quite figure it out.

No Target in Canada means I have to wait to buy it. 😭 I had to order it on eBay so it’s going to take awhile to get here :( I downloaded the standard edition on iTunes in the meantime. I’ll post my thoughts on it tomorrow.

The target tracks aren’t great.... I can see why they left them as bonus tracks. Was prepared to pay to have the target version imported but not gonna bother after hearing the songs.

Finally got around to listening to the Target tracks, and I love both of them. Reba outdid herself on this album. There is only one song I don't like which is "Your Heart".

Predicted to have 18-21k pure sales and 19-22k SPS first week. That's quite a drop from the 62k sales she had with Love Somebody. :(
