The airplay tracking week is seriously the most illogical thing ever. My mind still boggles that they decided to adjust all the tracking weeks a few years ago and somehow thought it was smart to leave them un-synced up. I am sure there was a heavy internal debate on this there and I can't fathom how the "keep them illogical" side won. Shot in the dark I’m wondering if it causes more turnover on the chart. It’d be interesting if someone had a chart with them all synced to see if there’s a difference.

I am absolutely shocked at Taylor's debut. To think this was the same person who used to be able to debut at #1 with ease and sell millions of albums. I don't even like her that much, but I can't help but feel sorry for her. I hope she is OK, mentally, it can't be easy for her. Have we ever seen someone's star fall, so fast? Hopefully she can at least get a top 10 album, but honestly, I think it's time for her to call it a day with her music career.
I think coming out as a Democrat really hurt her, but it has opened up many new career paths for her. She can become a journalist, a panelist on The View, a gender studies professor, work in an abortion clinic or do charity work in sub-Saharan Africa. I wish her all the best with whatever she chooses to do in the future, and I will miss her presence in the charts.

This is some of the most overly dramatic (and hopefully hyperbolic) thing I've ever seen. Sarcasm, yes?

Have we ever seen someone's star fall, so fast? Katy Perry? TS clearly peaked in 2014 but she's still far from done. However, as a Kanye fan (not a stan) and after all she did during the reputation era I don't feel bad for her.

I'm rooting for ME! now, that 100-1 record would be incredible.

Well, cue the uninformed pop culture media that will declare Taylor #100 FLOP!!! And then more negative articles when it 'only' hits #2. I've never seen any articles that reported negatively on highly-anticipated songs that debuted based on early airplay -- is that a thing? I've never seen that, either... Uninformed Twitter users are one thing, but there's no reason to believe the actual media won't qualify this news properly. I hope she is OK, mentally The projection of it all!

Dropouts according to chart histories: - "MIA" by Bad Bunny ft. Drake (#5 peak, 27 weeks) - "Tequila" by Dan + Shay (#21 peak, 50 weeks) - "Money" by Cardi B (#13 peak, 26 weeks) - "Undrunk" by FLETCHER (#61 peak, 6 weeks) - "There Was This Girl" by Riley Green (#70 peak, 8 weeks)
"Let Me Down Slowly" appears to survive another week (despite lack of radio airplay), as does "This Is It".

What's the likelihood of "ME!" hitting #1 next week (or is it too early to say?)
It looks like most people think "Old Town Road" lead is way too big

Old Town Road with another 80k+ points week and maybe another 3:1 lead, two Post songs in the top 3 again, Khalid's best song reaching top 10 kinda early and MIDDLE CHILD returning to the top 10. Best week of 2019 so far!

Insane to see how close 20-30 appear to have been for the past month considering Pure Water has been consistently gaining without moves and suddenly rocketed to 23.
Same with Look Back At It, Wow. Hoping to see them both hit the top 20.
