This should be a top 20, at least. Well since this song moved up 5 spots on Mediabase to #21 and has the 4th highest on the bullet in the Mediabase Top 30 ("Chasin' You" behind "Beer Can't Fix", "The Bones", and "10,000 Hours") I think this song is looking more and more like a Top 5 if not a #1. Especially since it is only 24 weeks old on the Billboard chart.

Not sure why radio is so slow to put his songs in power rotation. This guy is clearly a rising star and had dominant streaming numbers all last year. Radio needs to start giving him star treatment soon, or at least B-list level recognition.

I think this song will still make it to #1. WG was probably the most played country song on radio last year.

Our local station has yet to play “Chasin’ You” once but are still playing “Whiskey Glasses” every 2 hours.

Callouts are back this week and this has highest net positive. Expect an easy #1 on country airplay.

Officially Morgan Wallen's third Top 10 at country radio moving up to #10 this week with a bullet of 384. It is so frustrating that country radio took a while to get this song moving up the charts, because Morgan Wallen in my opinion is besides Luke Combs is arguably the biggest newcomer in country music right now, between "Whiskey Glasses" staying power, his collaboration with Diplo, how well this song has sold and streamed, not to mention the general interest in "Cover Me Up" and "This Bar". Hopefully during his sophomore album, country radio bumps him up to A-lister immediately.

Only heard “chasin you” a handful of times lol.

Only country song on AM top 100 at #89. He also has Heartless not too far behind it. Good for him. I think he is clearly already a big name for the genre.

I am curious to see if this song could be a multi week #1 on Billboard as "Chasin You" has really closed the gap on "Beer Can't Fix" (only 300k difference between the two) and I can definitely see Morgan Wallen passing Thomas/Jon real soon before either enter their "#1 push week" and I suspect that "Beer Can't Fix" is gonna peak before this song.

I wonder if this will be the next single after Chapin’ You peaks?

Morgan was part of the Thomas Rhett show last night on fb and he did "More Than My Hometown" and it sure felt like he was sending it to radio sooner rather than later.

Please be the next single once "Chasin' You" is done on the charts It very well should be. It’s a smash waiting to happen. He’s moving more towards where Luke Combs is at sonically.

I don’t mind Morgan Wallen, and this song isn’t bad, but my lord....why the worldwide obsession over this guy? Is it the mullet? He just seems really average in all aspects

He just seems really average in all aspects For me it is the mullet, solid voice, great melodies, simple songs, good production, very likable on social media and interviews and he seems very down to earth.

#2 on iTunes all genre....think this has to be the next single by default haha.
Writers on this are: Morgan Wallen, Hardy, Ernest Smith, and Charlie Handsome(wrote Heartless)

Like I said above when he was on fb with Thomas Rhett it was clear to me this is the next single. Really think if "Chasin' You" wasn't almost to #1 he'd go ahead and send it.

Wait why would somebody having a mullet be something that draws people TO that person?

#21 on Apple Music, with 15 new songs (14 from DaBaby and 1 from 21 Savage) above it. Told you guys he will do crazy stats in next album era.

So glad Morgan is set to become a major star. Feel like he makes the perfect form of modern country, and has a great unique voice as well. The mullet certainly makes him stand out too and adds a little character.
“More Than My Hometown” is great, and should be huge if released as next single. “This Bar” felt like a smash hit as well. Radio needs to move faster so we can get more singles from this man!

Man, "More Than My Hometown" is a winner. He's really becoming one of my standout favorites in the genre on the male side of things. I'm very happy to watch him continue to blow up more and more, and I'm excited to see how big he can get with his next album era. It was a slow build on the first one, but it was clear with how big "Whiskey Glasses" wound up being that this guy's got the goods. So ready for new music from him! I mean, I find the mullet quite attractive Same. With or without it, he's a hottie.
