Ariana Grande & Social House released a new song called Boyfriend along with an official video, which already has over 4M views. Will it or something else challenge OTR for #1?
Also if Sunflower ties the record for longest stay in the top 10 on the 8/10/2017 chart, will it break it this week?
Also discuss any other new releases and chart feats for this week.

although i dont see Care Package doing that much better than SFG, i hope at least 3 songs from the album chart on the hot 100 giving drake 200 entries and only 7 away from Glee Cast for the record

I'll wait for the Spotify numbers but I think this is the first time that OTR is in any danger at all since it first reached the top spot.
It was in peril the week Billie dropped the Bieber mix until they dropped the Young Thug & Mason mix.

Over a year later, she dropped "Focus", hoping to kick-start her next era with another smash. This one was like brussels sprouts and mustard; most people hated it! It was criticized for being a retread of "Problem". So now, four years later, you think that Ariana is going to release a song that sounds exactly like "thank u, next", the most defining moment of her career? Try again. Seems not debuting at no.1. Drake with no video at all have 4 songs in AM top 10. But we'll see with Spotify. Ariana songs tend to increase everyday on streaming tho.

The staleness happens to all artists and there are many examples where they cant go no further, but to rehash their own styles over and over. So... the new compilation album Drake just dropped filled with old songs is slaying on Apple Music and it isn't even deep in the middle of the day yet. I think the album debuting at #1 is a possibility now.

Tool songs would need to be top 50 to chart None of the tool songs will chart, I'm talking about the BB200. And they also have a new album coming later this month so I'm praying for a potential debut from that album Unless people start hella streaming Schism idk, wouldn't surprise me at this point |

It's doing a lot better than SFG but the question of impact lies in whether it's recurrent or not - which billboard has been very inconsistent on so i don't think we can say for sure
