Just listened to Romance for the first time since the week it came out and I've decided that it's a much better album than everyone wants it to be.

It's a very cohesive album, but the single selection (and the dual strategy + the plethora of promo singles) was terrible.

I also relistened a few days ago and was surprised about how good it still sounded, I haven't listened to it at all in a few weeks cause I thought it aged but it aged like fine wine!
Some songs can still gtfo tho lmao.

Wow. I knew ol' girl was struggling but didn't know she had completely fallen off the album charts already! That's the old one. Romance is #14 I think, which is fine. For comparison, other flops like The Gift left top 20 after 1 week.now sis, did you really have to scalp Simba like this |
