Thank you.
Wasn't a huge fan of Don't Blame It On Whiskey on first listen, but I'll give it a few more tries for Lauren. Might be his voice putting me off.

Don’t Blame It On Whiskey is good but I wish SO bad Eric and Miranda kept it.
Off the first few listens it’s a great album - not California Sunrise - but still a huge fan of it. Love Her Like She’s Leaving, Tied One On, Call Me Country, Old Hat, are the standouts for me. Will rank later on

Just Like Old Times 13. Starlight 14. Tequila Little Time - if I had to pick a song that was the weakest this would be it still A good song tho

It’s a lot more like his debut and the B-Sides than his previous record. Even more traditional.
Love: 1. Tequila Little Time (has to be the next single) 2. Love Her Like She’s Leaving 3. Tied One On 4. Heartache Medication 5. Starlight (this one grew on me a LOT) 6. Old Hat 7. Buy That Man a Beer 8. Nobody Leaves a Girl Like That 9. Call Me Country 10. Ain’t Always The Cowboy 11. Me and Jack
Like: 12. Just Like Old Times 13. Don’t Blame It On Whiskey (great song, don’t like their voices together)
Meh: 14. Oughta Know That (first song of his I’ve not liked. Just filler)

His best album by mile. Most double down effort in instrumentation. He really should release an instrumental album at some point.
My ranking: 1. Don’t Blame It On Whiskey 2. Love Her Like She’s Leaving 3. Me and Jack 4. Tied One On 5. Heartache Medication 6. Ain't Always The Cowboy 7. Starlight 8. Old Hat 9. Tequila Little Time 10. Just Like Old Times 11. Call Me Country 12. Oughta Know That
Could have been dropped and will not affect the sonic palette of the album: 13. Buy That Man a Beer 14. Nobody Leaves a Girl Like That

I've listened to the album a few times now and I agree that it's not California Sunrise, but not a step down in quality like Brett Young's newest album. And each song has been growing on me more and more with each listen, I could see myself liking this album just as much or maybe even more than California Sunrise.
1. Starlight 2. Tequila Little Time 3. Heartache Medication 4. Old Hat 5. Ain't Always The Cowboy 6. Oughta Know That - does anyone else hear the verses to Front Porch Junkies in the chorus? 7. Love Her Like She's Leaving 8. Nobody Leaves A Girl Like That - I actually think this sounds like a potential single 9. Tied One On 10. Just Like Old Times 11. Call Me Country 12. Me and Jack 13. Don't Blame It On Whiskey - I completely agree I would've much rather had Eric and Miranda singing this 14. Buy That Man A Beer
I can see the singles possibly going Heartache Medication, Ain't Always The Cowboy, Tequila Little Time and Nobody Leaves A Girl or Whiskey.

Yes I absolutely heard Front Porch Junkies in the chorus to Oughta Know That Lol. From the very first second I heard it
