It looks like the WOW series is coming to an end, as I can not find any listing for what would be the WOW hits 2020 set. I checked Christian Book Distributors and Amazon and neither of them have a listing for WOW hits 2020--and it generally comes out about this time every year.
My guess is that with the number of Christian retailers dwindling and most physical CD sales being relatively small, the decision was made to not produce this re-cap of the past year's biggest hits. I am sad to see this come to an end, as I have every single CD set from 1996-2019.

Interesting, they seemed to do that for a bit with the DVDs as well...
Some of the WOW albums had different mixes though they weren't listed as such on the tracklisting...

Yes, quite a few of the songs on the WOW discs were the radio versions--and were not available elsewhere--which is one of the reasons I am sad to see it go

Do we know they have discontinued it? I see ranges from September to November over the years and the last couple were October. It wouldn’t take long to compile these so I guess I’d wait to hear some official word before giving up on it.

I checked on the Capitol Christian website and they do not list a WOW Hits 2020 edition and they do list a few things coming out in the last quarter of the year. I would suppose if it were being released in the last quarter, it would have been on their new release schedule.
