Why do I feel like One Too Many has a relatively decent chance? The fact that it's been allowed to chart for so long tho lol, plus it (at #66) is currently the 3rd-highest position it's ever been in in its 30 weeks

Keep in mind, One Too Many has never moved above #43 on radio, and can’t be found on either the sales or streaming chart. This would have never even reached 20 weeks during the days UGC counted. |

It's in one of those places where it will go recurrent as soon as it drops on radio. Whether it manages to do better than say, Talk You Out Of It, remains to be seen.

One Too Many took over 30 weeks to reach the top 60 đź’€. Most songs don't even take that long to peak (and if they do, they're probably breakout hits like Ellie Goulding's "Lights" in the US - not by established acts in the US like P!nk and Keith Urban lol)

I'm curious to see whether this song has gotten another 20 weeks before recurrency to allow it to get to 40 weeks or if it will fall as soon as it stops rising on country radio. It appears to be pretty stable this week so we're looking at 32 weeks, only two weeks before it makes this list despite never having been in the top 50 so far.

Only 16 songs have charted for 45+ weeks without hitting the top 10, they were robbed. Especially 2 of my favorite songs in history: 100% Pure Love and Feel Good Inc. I didn't realize they were among such a small list of songs. And 6/16 of this list is basically country songs that crossed over to pop.

Heat Waves is the better song, in my opinion, but it looks like "The Middle of June" lyric is what killed the song on radio. |

Considering that the song came out nowhere near the middle of June, the lyric doesn't appear to be hurting its support among others. I think it's a fine song and I'm glad it has shown longevity even if its peak has been disappointing.
