New Travis single, Dan + Shay collab with Justin Bieber, and new camila cabello single. That's all of the major releases as far as I know. Other notable things will be how Kirk can hold up with the tracks that have debuted, 223's continues to get stronger, and how Panini/Someone You Loved/No Guidance will continue to hold up.
Also quick question, do you think it would be a good idea to have threads like these that discuss the upcoming charts, but for the Billboard 200 also?

Camilla, Halsey, Niall Horan and Charlie Puth are also releasing songs. Not sure for the first two if those are official or promotional singles.

Oh yeah I remember that Niall was releasing something, had no idea that Charlie puth was though. Since I warned myself didn't do well I doubt it'll make any impact, it might barely scrape the bottom the 100. I doubt SOTB video will make an impact though. It might re-enter for a couple weeks but it won't do much probably.

Looking out for "Highest In The Room" by Travis and "Bandit" by Juice WRLD and NBA Youngboy. Expecting both to have big debuts on AM and Spotify. Also expecting Summer Walker's album "Over It" to perform very well on AM.

I think if we don't get any Adele announcement in the next 2 weeks its safe to say she's likely not dropping in 2019.
If she was, they'd release the album in time for Thanksgiving/Black Friday/Christmas promotion. Which means a lead single would be out atleast a month before.
If she doesn't release until next decade I actually think it is up for debate whether her lead would even go #1.

Even though it’s not particularly quite what I want it to be, I hope Tokyo Ghoul by Young Thug and Highly Suspect debuts. It’s still pretty damn good, but I got a feeling it’ll play like I Think I’m Ok. I will say that it does feel like more of a number one song than Highest in the Room, honestly HitR feels like an album cut.

Why is Camila putting out another new song? She just put out two, and I thought "Liar" was a proper single.

Camila is just a promo single/buzz track as far as I'm aware.

In more irrelevant news, expect boosts for WHIAST and The Bones off of an album and remix respectively

Really? I know there is for after it's released, but I thought no one made a thread to discuss it from an upcoming perspective, at least on pulse. Upcoming album discussion always goes in the HITS album threads (hence, those threads almost always have more pages of discussion than the BB200 threads despite posters generally regarding BB as the 'official' sales numbers).

To note, Hello was released on October 23 so if Adele hasn't released by October 25 this year, she might not release a song until her new album is released.

I------- That's why I told you that time that I wasn't getting my hopes up for new Rihanna music until I saw an active link to download/stream a brand new single/album from her. There isn't even any industry chatter about new music from the both of them, lol. At this point, I feel like we should hold off on asking why they haven't released new music and just wait till they do, to discuss them.

Aside from Drake and Taylor Swift and Ariana Grande (the latter whose last few songs have vastly underperformed however), the only other heavyweight acts who are almost guaranteed to have another successful era (especially on/in the Hot 100/Streaming era) are Rihanna and Adele. I feel like music releases by have been so slow since 2017 and not as constant as it was during the first half of the ‘10’s, although that’s down to a lot of acts from that period failing to be successful on the streaming frontier. I’m not excited for the 2020’s. My biggest faves (Rihanna and Adele) will be releasing music even slower and the rest aside from some... well, who knows if they’ll even be a thing anymore.

Highest in the Room will debut high but it’s gonna have nowhere near the longevity of Sicko Mode. It kinda sucks.

I don't think it's too soon at all, it'll most likely be the most streamed song this week and will probably have over 20k pure sales with bundles.

Highest in the Room will debut high but it’s gonna have nowhere near the longevity of Sicko Mode. It kinda sucks. It's being received terribly. Everyone is saying it sucks and it does. It's such a disappointment coming off a song as critically acclaimed and as commercially successful as Sicko Mode. It'll debut with strong figures because it's his first lead single since Sicko Mode, but it won't have anywhere near the longevity of Sicko Mode.

It's the week of October 19th and we still have no new music announcement from either Rihanna or Adele? I------- I feel like we get these posts every week. We need to move on. They'll drop music when they drop music. I'm fairly sure both will be surprise releases, or very short announcements (i.e. no more than a week before release). The Niall track is really good btw. I don't see a new Halsey track? The Camila song is just a promo single, no radio push expected at the moment.

With atrocities like Someone You Loved lurking around #1 spot, we can't afford to get too choosy. Travis song has a catchy beat and that will be enough for kids to eat it up like Halloween candy.

Halsey released the video for Clementine last Saturday. It seems to have been for her birthday.

Zeze also wasn't recieved well on Twitter, yet it debuted at #2 and had decent longevity at 13 weeks in the top 10. I don't think replicating Sicko Mode's success was the intention behind this single anyway.

10,000 Hours completely dominating on iTunes, Highest in the Room at #4. I think 10k hours might have some promise because of it's ability to appeal to both sales audiences with Dan + Shay and streaming audiences with Justin Bieber
