lol, yes, Dream Street!!! I decided to make a thread since it's turning 35 next week. This is actually my favorite from the Pre-Control era. I love how it had more upbeat tempos than the debut. It was released on October 23, 1984. It was produced by her brother Marlon, Jesse Johnson, Giorgio Moroder, and Pete Bellotte. It sold 21,320 copies between 1991 and April 2007 according to Nielsen Soundscan, while its sales through the BMG Music Club stand at 44,000 as of 2003.But the majority of the sales occurred before Soundscan began tracking sales in the US in 1991. The album peaked at #147 (ouch!) in the United States and failed to chart internationally.
What are your fave tracks from the album besides the singles? I actually love all the tracks.

Her worst album hands down. "Don't Stand Another Chance," "Fast Girls," "Pretty Boy," and "If It Takes All Night" are all decent but non-essential, and I don't like the rest of the album at all.
