“Never Really Over” for me, but I love them both. Such a shame she isn’t releasing an album, because these two are great.

"Never Really Over" is still one of her best ever and "Harleys In Hawaii" is decent but not on par with her better singles. So i'll go with "Never Really Over"

NRO but both slay. This should've been a back-to-back PUNCH!

Both are some of her best work in a long time, but I give the edge to "Harleys in Hawaii" right now. That pre-chorus melody hits just right.

"HIH" is her best single since "Dark Horse." Went with that one.

I was never so crazy over NRO tbh, Harleys In Hawaii however is my favorite single from her since probably Dark Horse

I'm honestly shocked that HIH is getting as many votes as NRO.

Harleys was more instant (the chorus of NRO had to grow on me) but NRO ultimately hits harder.

HIW is one of Katy's all time best. It needs to SMASH!

Never Really Over is kind of messy but it's not really bad. Harleys In Hawaii is incredibly boring and forgettable. I'm surprised the vote is this close because while I'm not a fan of either song, NRO is better by quite a bit.

Harley's is amazing, whereas NRO is honestly a little weak? so Harley's easily wins, one of her best songs period.

Both are bops but i agree that HIH is her best work since Dark Horse. NRO is just as great but that chorus is a no no.

Both tracks are splendid but "Harleys In Hawaii" is the superior of the two.

Genuinely love both. I’ve tired of “NRO” but was quite obsessed with it back when I was and still find it a really great song. “Harleys” doesn’t hit me as hard but it’s so vibey and I can see this being a song that doesn’t really burn on you.

"Never Really Over." I don't care for "Harleys in Hawaii" much and think it's pretty weak.
