Why is the video making me emotional. I'm so proud of her.
I love how she sings this cause you can really hear her emotion and that bridge is just... excellent.

This is her most accessible song since “Without Me”.

oh wow, this is the most i've liked a Halsey single in a LONG time. it actually feels like genuine feeling was put into this, and i appreciate her stepping out of her comfort zone instrumentally, esp when it's paired with a hook this catchy. i don't know if i hear a hit in this, but its certainly memorable and deserves to take off.

I like it, both song and video. Second best thing to come from this era after Graveyard.

"Graveyard" is boring and uninspired. This on the other hand is the best single she has put out for quite some times. Really liking the chorus. Wish it could've hit a little bit harder.

I really love this, which is probably the kiss of death for it.

Sounds more like an album track... i wish the chorus actually exploded...

I love this, so far my favorite from the era. I hope this does better than Graveyard. The last single from Halsey I felt like this about was Nightmare and I’m still Nightmare’s b*tch. Hoping that’s not a bad thing because of Nightmare’s success!

This would probably be my favorite single from her if there was stronger production in the chorus, but I love the lyrics and that bridge.

It needed a bit more "kick" during the chorus but I really love it. Probably her most radio-ready single since WM.
Video is great. Overall the whole thing gave me some "Don't Tell Me" (Madonna) vibes.

The Britney Blackout era references (stripper outfit + the song title itself as the closing track on Blackout is Why Should I Be Sad) + Shania in Don't Impress Me Much + Gaga in You And I all sold it to me. I'm still trying to figure out who specifically the old Hollywood glam scenes pay homage to but her face was serving Jennifer Lawrence.

This is so much better than Graveyard to me. I really loved Without Me so it’s not up there with that but it’s close. I could never find the hook on Graveyard so I don’t really understand why everyone’s saying that’s better, it burnt on me quickly.

I like this. It kind of has a country influence. Pop/dance/country/lt rock combined influence. Cute. It's different than the other stuff she has released recently. I hope it does well. I instantly purchased it.

I really like the "organic" sound of this.
She looks great in the video...but I couldn't help for wish for something that aligned more with the lyrics.

This is challenging "Graveyard" for second best song released for this album. Finally. It doesn't really go anywhere and those are the kind of songs I go back to the most (lol).

Amazing song until “so glad I never had a baby with you”. That made me cringe and took me out of the mood lol

I love the video and I love the song, but I don’t think the two things match each other at all.

Amazing song until “so glad I never had a baby with you”. That made me cringe and took me out of the mood lol i actually think that's one of the best parts about the song. it's such a raw, scathing line, and really emphasizes how much was potentially at stake in this relationship. considering how impersonal and calculated Halsey can come across in her music at times, i'm all for moments like that one.

It so should be mentioned she has endometriosis and has had a miscarriage before in I believe 2016 while performing on tour She's also had 2 other miscarriages attributed to the disorder and some other incidents. So to her, having a baby has huge significance to her to where she is doing an ovarian reserve to freeze her eggs. That's where I think the strength of the lyric is really found, its more impactful given her situation
