I'm sorry, but I think CHVRCHES is super overrated. They're mediocre at best.

The Mother We Share and Clearest Blue are the only CHVRCHES songs I would rank high outside of weaker rankdowns. The rest of their catalog is just painfully average

I’ve liked most of what I’ve heard from the Cocteaus in the past but this one just annoyed me honestly

#14 White Reaper - Judy French
Chosen By: maine Red : 33 @humanshazam : 37
Thoughts from the Hosts Red: Honestly, I'm not sure if I'm really buying into the White Reaper hype. That doesn't mean I don't like "Might Be Right", but...yeah. shazam: this was alright, but i clearly didn't get into it as much as you guys Well, I think we need to find new hosts.

Judy French was massively elevated by the atmosphere created by the production choices, as well as the passion of the performances
Also yes, you read right, I was planning to put Ballroom Blitz in one of my own rankdowns and yet I couldn't even rank it top 10 here lol

THE TOP TEN At the Drive In - One Armed Scissor Black Sabbath - Neon Knights Bloc Party - Banquet Brand New - Limousine David Bowie - Heroes Neutral Milk Hotel - Holland, 1945 New Order - Vanishing Point Orchestral Manoeuvers in the Dark - Enola Gay Pavement - Gold Soundz She Wants Revenge - Tear You Apart
Any surprises in this top ten? Any songs you're disappointed to see miss the top ten? Two posters were able to get both of their songs into the final (Anna and Daryl). What songs/genres did they submit? Care to predict the top ten, or, at the very least, #1?

OK so it's not too hard to guess at this point but
Lord - "Tear You Apart" Tom - "Enola Gay" Geo - "Vanishing Point" Doc - "Neon Knights" Anna - "One-Armed Scissor" and "Limousine" (although these two) Daryl - "Banquet" and "Holland, 1945" (could be switched) Shazam - "Heroes" Will - "Gold Soundz"

seriously though, i'm shocked both of my songs got this far. i was completely expecting for sunflower bean to do better than the hit parade but i'm still pleasantly surprised. i'm sure i won't have this luck next seed though

I like how it kicks in with the drums and you're not sure if you're listening to mewithoutYou or "My Sharona" lmao Ha! My thoughts exactly. Unfortunately that is all I found interesting about the song.

Seriously. If you all don't know what song I submitted from that list I'm going home. I'm glad "Ballroom Blitz" and "Judy French did well. I'm still heartbroken that Alexandra Daddario isn't the guitarist for White Reaper tho
